    摘要: A light guide plate for a surface light source device is provided, which includes an incident surface configured to have light from lamps disposed along a predetermined axis, be incident thereon, an emitting surface configured to have the incident light emitted therefrom, a back surface configured to face the emitting surface, and a plurality of unit cells configured to have microprism patterns engraved thereon and distributed and arranged on the back surface. A crossing angle of a microprism arrangement axis, formed by a ridge direction of the microprism patterns, and of an arrangement axis of the lamps is disposed in an alternate angle. The light guide plate has a high front brightness and an excellent uniformity in brightness and does not have a moire phenomenon. In a backlight unit, the use of optical sheets stacked on the light guide plate can be reduced.

    摘要: A light guide plate for a surface light source device is provided, which includes an incident surface configured to have light from lamps disposed along a predetermined axis, be incident thereon, an emitting surface configured to have the incident light emitted therefrom, a back surface configured to face the emitting surface, and a plurality of unit cells configured to have microprism patterns engraved thereon and distributed and arranged on the back surface. A crossing angle of a microprism arrangement axis, formed by a ridge direction of the microprism patterns, and of an arrangement axis of the lamps is disposed in an alternate angle. The light guide plate has a high front brightness and an excellent uniformity in brightness and does not have a moire phenomenon. In a backlight unit, the use of optical sheets stacked on the light guide plate can be reduced.

    摘要: An adhesive film for a reflection sheet and a reflection sheet using the adhesive film is provided. The adhesive film comprises a plastic base film having a heat shrinkage of −0.1 to 0.5% at 150° C. in machine and transverse directions; an adhesive layer formed on one side of the base film by applying an adhesive composition; and an anchor coating layer formed on the other side of the base film, opposite to the side on which the adhesive layer is formed. The adhesive film for a reflection sheet according to the present invention is manufactured by applying an adhesive composition on a plastic base film where heat shrinkage is controlled. Thus, the adhesive film has superior dimensional stability at a high temperature and excellent workability in a post process for laminating a reflection layer. Partial detachment does not occur when an adhesive layer is detached from an adherent, and stable physical properties can be achieved.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a polyester film for flexographic printing plates, which comprises: a polyester base layer (B); a detachable adhesive layer (A) formed on one surface of the polyester base layer using polyester resin and acrylic resin; and an antistatic layer (C) formed on the other surface of the polyester base layer. In the disclosed polyester film, the detachable adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the polyester base layer using polyester resin in combination with acrylic resin, and thus can have increased adhesion to the base layer and photosensitive resin. Also, the other surface of the polyester base layer has formed thereon the antistatic layer, which has excellent antistatic performance and, at the same time, is not transferred to a surface opposite thereto and is not greatly influenced by humidity. Thus, the disclosed polyester film is suitable for flexographic printing plates.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing film having pores for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. The light-diffusing film having pores of this invention comprises a base sheet composed of a synthetic resin; a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet and having pores formed by applying a composition including a light-diffusing resin and light-diffusing particles contained in the light-diffusing resin under controlled composition supply pressure of 1˜5 kgf/cm2 and travel speed of the base sheet of 10˜200 m/min; and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet. According to this invention, the light-diffusing film has improved total light transmittance and light diffusibility owing to the pores formed in the light-diffusing layer, and is thus usefully applicable to a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing film for a backlight unit of a thin film transistor-liquid crystal display. Specifically, the current invention provides a light-diffusing film, including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer, which is laminated on any one surface of the base sheet and includes a light-diffusing resin and light-diffusing particles, and an antiblocking layer, which is laminated on the other surface of the base sheet and includes an antiblocking resin and antiblocking particles, in which the light-diffusing particles satisfy a predetermined relation between a specific surface area and a radius thereof. Accordingly, the light-diffusing film of the current invention can uniformly diffuse light transmitted from a light source lamp positioned at the side surface or back surface of a display device, thus realizing vivid and distinct display images.

The release agent and the release liquid provide improved adhesion between a substrate and a release layer, and excellent peel strength betwveen the release layer and an adherent. The release agent includes a dispersion of a vinyl-modified colloidal silica, a dispersion of a platinum chelate catalyst, and a polysiloxane water-dispersible silicone emulsion. The release liquid is obtained by dispersing the release agent in water so as to have a solid content of 2.5˜30% by weight. The release film is produced by applying the release liquid on a substrate, followed by drying.

Specifically, this invention provides a diffusion sheet including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet, and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet, the base sheet satisfying a refractive index represented by a predetermined equation. According to this invention, the diffusion sheet for a display can uniformly diffuse light, which is radiated from a light source lamp positioned at a side surface or the back surface of the display, while passing such light therethrough, thus obtaining clear display images, resulting in increased total light transmittance, light diffusibility, and luminance.
