    摘要: An ink-tank cartridge has a first storage chamber housing a negative pressure generating member and having an atmosphere communicating portion communicated with the atmosphere, a second storage chamber in substantially enclosed condition and communicated with the first storage chamber only through a fine communicating portion located remote from said atmosphere communicating portion, and directly storing an ink to be supplied to the first storage chamber, the second storage chamber being arranged adjacent the first storage chamber; and an enclosed ink storage portion only communicated with the second storage chamber and located at respective side surfaces of the first and second storage chambers. The bottom surface of the enclosed ink storage portion is located at higher position than the bottom surface of the first and second storage chambers.

The replaceable ink cartridge has a structure that is formed so as to strip the seal member off from the peripheral portions of the ink outlet and the air communicating port in a manner that the air communicating port is opened at first and the ink outlet is opened at second.

    摘要: An ink jet head for ejecting ink, has an ink ejecting portion having an ink ejecting port formed thereon so as to eject ink through the ink ejecting port, a positioning portion for definitely determining the position of the ink jet head relative to an apparatus using the ink jet head when the ink jet head is fitted to the apparatus, an ink supplying portion adapted to be connected an ink supplying unit while ink is supplied to the ink jet head, and an electric connecting portion adapted to be electrically connected to an electric connecting portion on the apparatus side so as to send and receive signals. The positioning portion, the ink supplying portion and the electric connecting portion are disposed on a different surface from a surface on which the ink ejecting portion is disposed and at least one of the electric portion and the ink supplying portion is disposed on an opposite side surface to a surface on which the positioning portion is disposed.

    摘要: A laser processing method comprises at least one of a laser light source, a beam shaping optical system for shaping laser beams, a mask having specific patterns corresponding to the processing configuration of a work, an illumination optical system for illuminating the mask, and a projection optical system for focusing the pattern images of the mask on the processing surface of the work by a specific magnification. This mask is provided with an extinct portion smaller than the quotient of the resolution and specific magnification of the projection optical system. With the method thus arranged, a work can be processed to provide complicated three-dimensional grooves having irregularities in the direction of laser irradiation by one-time processing. Also, the extinct portions make it possible to easily and finely adjust the extinction so that the precision of work processing is enhanced.
