    摘要: A thin type cell is made up of a cathode 1, an anode 2 and an electrolyte 3, sheathed within a moisture-proofing multi-layered film 4 comprising a heat fusible layer and a metal foil. A pair of electrode terminals 5, 6 interconnecting electrodes and external terminals are formed of a netted or porous electrically conductive member. By using the netted or porous electrically conductive materials as the electrode terminals 5, 6, the electrode terminals 5, 6 can be firmly bonded to the moisture-proofing multi-layered film 4. Moreover, by increasing the thickness of the heat fusible layer at the sealing portion X passed through by the electrode terminals 5, 6, shorting can be prevented from occurring.

    摘要: A battery is provided which has a high capacity and can improve battery characteristics, such as cycle characteristics. The battery includes a spirally wound electrode body, wherein a cathode and an anode are wound with a separator in between. The anode includes, for example, simple substances, alloys, compounds of metal elements or metalloid elements capable of forming an alloy with Li, the like and combinations thereof. An electrolytic solution wherein an electrolyte salt is dissolved in a solvent is impregnated in the separator. For the electrolyte salt, a light metallic salt having B—O bond or P—O bond, such as difluoro[oxalato-O,O′]lithium borate and tetra fluoro[oxalato-O,O′]lithium phosphate, can be used. By forming a stable coating, decomposition reaction of the solvent can be inhibited, and reaction between the anode and the solvent can be prevented.

    摘要: Provided are an electrode and a battery having superior charge-discharge cycle characteristics and capable of obtaining a higher energy density. The battery comprises a spirally wound electrode body (20) including a cathode (21) and an anode (22) spirally wound with a separator (23) in between. During charge, lithium metal is precipitated on the anode (22), so the capacity of the anode (22) is represented by the sum of a capacity component by insertion and extraction of lithium and a capacity component by precipitation and dissolution of the lithium metal. The anode (22) includes a mixture layer (22b) having a powdered anode active material, and the mixture layer (22b) has liquid absorption properties that when 1 μdm3 of propylene carbonate is dropped on the mixture layer (22b) at 23° C., a contact angle that the mixture layer (22b) forms with a propylene carbonate drop becomes 10 degrees within 100 seconds. Thereby, the mixture layer (22b) is impregnated with an electrolyte solution quickly and uniformly, so lithium metal is uniformly precipitated on the whole mixture layer (22b).
