    摘要: A lubricant supply device including a solid lubricant, a lubricant supply roller, a detector, and a varying device is provided. The lubricant supply roller is adapted to supply the lubricant to a toner image bearing member and is rotatable in a predetermined direction while slidably contacting both the solid lubricant and the toner image bearing member. The detector is adapted to detect an absolute humidity around the lubricant supply device. The varying device is adapted to vary an amount of the lubricant to be supplied to the toner image bearing member based on the absolute humidity detected by the detector.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an image carrier, a charging device to charge a surface of the image carrier, disposed across a predetermined gap from the image carrier, a latent image forming device, a developing device to develop a latent image formed on the image carrier into a toner image, a transfer unit to transfer the toner image from the image carrier onto a recording medium, a cleaning member to clean the image carrier after the toner image is transferred therefrom, a lubricant application member to lubricate the image carrier, a polarity adjustor to adjust polarities of the toner and lubricant adhering to the image carrier to be identical to a polarity of a charging bias. The polarity adjustor is disposed facing the image carrier, upstream from the charging device and downstream from the transfer unit in a direction in which the image carrier rotates.

    摘要: In an optical pick-up used in common with DVD/CD and BD, when the thickness is intended to be reduced by mounting a total reflection mirror, a cavity for passing through a laser light is necessary and, since this decreases the degree of freedom for arranging tracking coils and magnets and secondary resonance caused by a magnetic thrust in the tracking direction tends to be generated, an improvement therefor is necessary. In a lens coil holder of the optical pick-up having an objective lens and tracking coil mounted thereon each of the coils is arranged such that the thrust relative to the vertical center of the suspension wires that support the lens coil holder is well balanced. For example, most of the portion of the tracking coils is situated at one height relative to the suspension wire and the tilt coil is situated at the other remaining height.

    摘要: An optical pick-up device includes a laser source enabling emission of at least two light beams with different wavelengths, an objective lens which focuses the light beams emitted from the laser source on an optical disc, an optical detector which receives a light reflected from the optical disc, a front monitor which receives a part of the light beams emitted from the laser source, a front monitor light-guiding plate which guides part of the light beams emitted from the laser source to the front monitor. The front monitor light-guiding plate is arranged between the laser source and the objective lens, at least a part of a region of the front monitor light-guiding plate illuminated by the light beams emitted from the laser source has a predetermined shape which causes the light beams to change traveling direction thereof by refraction and then be guided to the front monitor.

    摘要: There are disclosed a releasing sheet comprising a substrate and a releasing agent layer which is installed by coating the substrate with a releasing agent liquid containing 1,4-polybutadiene and an antioxidant, and irradiating the coated layer with ultraviolet ray so that the layer is cured; and also a releasing sheet comprising in turn a substrate, an undercoat layer which is formed thereon and is composed of an elastic body, and a releasing agent layer which is installed on the undercoat layer by coating the same with a releasing agent liquid containing 1,4-polybutadiene and an antioxidant, and irradiating the layers with ultraviolet ray so that the layers are cured. Being of non-silicone base, the releasing sheets are excellent in releasability from a tacky adhesive agent layer and adhesiveness to the substrate.
