    摘要: A power converter apparatus for an a.c. electric rolling stock comprising two transformers, each including a primary winding and a plurality of secondary windings generating the same output voltages but having different internal reactances; a pair of phase-controlled bridge rectifier circuits, each being connected to one secondary winding of each transformer; and diode bridge rectifier circuits connected to the other secondary windings, wherein the windings connected to the pair of phase-controlled bridge rectifier circuits have different internal reactances, and the phase-controlled bridge rectifier circuits are simultaneously controlled, and when the maximum output voltages from the phase-controlled bridge rectifier circuits are reached, the output voltages from the diode bridge rectifier circuits (non-phase-controlled) are increased to their maximum values, then the output voltages from the phase-controlled bridge rectifier circuits are decreased to their minimum values.

    摘要: The problem to be solved by this invention is to create a handle of a simple fitting structure, in which the handle is capable of dispersing the load stably and is easy to mold and assemble. The object of this invention is to provide a synthetic resin bottle with a handle that can be manufactured at a low cost and can be used reliably.     摘要: An ultrasonic flow meter for measuring a flow rate in a flow path is provided having ultrasonic sensors each of which includes a semicircular or substantially circular disk shaped transducer. Such transducers are detachably mountable on an envelope of the flow path. The thickness of the ultrasonic sensors in the direction of the length of the flow path is reduced to improve a detection resolution. A plurality of the ultrasonic sensors are mounted on the flow path while keeping a predetermined distance therebetween in a length direction of the flow path, so that the flow rate can be measured from the difference of propagation times of ultrasonic waves between the ultrasonic sensors.

Further, the wind speed uniforming unit includes a deflecting guide provided on a wind path wall on the side of the high wind speed for deflecting blown-off wind toward a wind path center portion; a wind path wall portion on the side opposite deflecting guide, the shape of which is changed in accordance with the shape of the deflecting guide so that the sectional area of the wind path is substantially uniform; and an enlarged wind path portion provided immediately after the downstream side end portion of the deflecting guide, the enlarged wind path portion serving to return the blown-off wind from the wind path center portion to the wind path wall downstream the deflecting guide on the side of the deflecting guide.
