摘要： A mobile terminal that is capable of displaying a screen image during a specific state, which includes a character memory for storing character images and a screen image created by a combination of the character images and which is displayable during the specific state of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal further includes a controller for controlling the display of the screen image, and a display unit for displaying the screen image. When an event occurs in the mobile terminal, the controller further processes the event and changes the display data of the screen image according to the event processing result, and displays the changed screen image during the specific state of the mobile terminal.

摘要： A chemical vapor deposition method comprises steps of: a) injecting a source gas into a chamber so that the source gas is adsorbed on a substrate; b) injecting a purge gas into the chamber for a predetermined period of time so that the source gas remaining in the chamber is purged; c) injecting a reactant gas into a plasma generating portion, and generating plasma at the plasma generating portion by applying a first-level RF power source to a RF electrode plate so that radical of the reactant gas is adsorbed on the substrate; d) injecting a purge gas into the chamber for a predetermined period of time so that the reactant gas remaining in the chamber is purged; and e) applying a second-level RF power source to the plasma generating portion at the step a), b) and d) while the steps a) to d) are being repeated.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for controlling unidirectional link connection in a mobile ad hoc network which comprises: mobile nodes including transmission power information in a beacon message that is periodically transmitted; using the information to sense a unidirectional link and maintain residual power information with regard to the corresponding node, and providing unidirectional link connectivity in the link layer to an upper layer through a filtering process using broadcasting and residual power information. Hence, the unidirectional links generated in the mobile ad hoc network may be accurately sensed using transmission power loss on a transmission path, and the frames generated in the link layer in the reverse direction of the unidirectional links may be transmitted.

摘要： The optimal direction-based flooding method for relaying a broadcast message for mobile ad-hoc networks comprises (a) an original source node selecting a first relay node; (b) selecting a message relaying direction into an area divided by a predetermined interval; (c) relaying the broadcast message by selecting the first relay node set for each message relaying direction; and (d) selecting a next relay node and relaying the broadcast message received by the previously selected relay node. Duplicated broadcast message transmissions, and competition and collision among the nodes to obtain transmission media, are reduced by transmitting the broadcast message using a minimum number of nodes in a mobile ad-hoc network including nodes having limited resources.

The apparatus and method include displaying data input when creating a text message and analyzing the data in order to check whether the data are character display instruction words. Character image information corresponding to the character display instruction words is searched. The character image information is added to the display instruction words, and the display instruction words having the character image information are added to the text message. Character data are added to the text message if the data are general character data. The above steps are repeated and recipient information for the character text message is input when the character text message has been created.
