Abstract: A video decoding method that includes: receiving information for deriving motion information of a current block; deriving the motion information of the current block based on the received information for deriving the motion information; and performing prediction to generate predicted pixels of the current block based on the motion information of the current block, wherein the motion information of the current block is determined by using motion information of a reference block, wherein the reference block is determined based on a specific disparity vector, wherein the specific disparity vector is determined for an area in a picture to which the current block belongs, wherein the area which the specific disparity vector is determined is split based on a quad tree structure, and wherein the current block is a block of a texture picture and the reference block is a block in a reference view is disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for decoding a video signal, and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining at least one first reference sample from a first reference picture which is different from a picture containing a current block; generating a first reference sample which is filtered by applying a filter to the obtained first reference sample; generating a reference sample array from the difference between the obtained first reference sample and the filtered first reference sample; obtaining first disparity vector information from the video signal; obtaining a first prediction sample from the generated reference sample array on the basis of the first disparity vector information; and restoring the current block on the basis of the first prediction sample.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a method for coding a 3D video, a decoding method, according to the present invention, comprising the steps of: receiving a single depth mode (SDM) flag information indicating whether the SDM is applied to a current block; and if the SDM is applied to the current block, generating a prediction sample on the basis of a first candidate and a second candidate derived by using spatial neighboring reference samples of the current block, wherein the number of the spatial neighboring reference samples is two, and among the neighboring reference samples, the first neighboring reference sample is positioned on the left side of the current block, and the second neighboring reference sample is positioned on the upper side of the current block. According to the present invention, the current block may be predicted on the basis of one representative value derived by using the predetermined neighboring reference sample, and the complexity of an operation may be decreased, and coding efficiency may be increased.

Abstract: An image decoding method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: deriving quantized transform coefficients by unit of sub-blocks in a transform unit on the basis of residual information included in a bitstream; deriving transform coefficients on the basis of the quantized transform coefficients; generating a residual sample on the basis of the transform coefficients; generating a prediction sample on the basis of an inter prediction or an intra prediction; and restoring an image on the basis of the residual sample and the prediction sample. According to the present invention, a quantity of data required for a residual signal can be reduced, and an overall coding efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing a video signal. The method comprises: acquiring an inter-view motion vector from a neighboring block of a current texture block; and decoding the current texture block using the acquired inter-view motion vector. The neighboring block includes a spatial neighboring block and a temporal neighboring block. The acquired inter-view motion vectors are compared with each other to determine the inter-view motion vector of the current texture block. The method and apparatus of the present invention may reduce the complexity for acquiring an inter-view motion vector and improve the accuracy of inter-view inter prediction.
