    摘要: A process for depositing metal-containing layers which have a high specific electrical conductivity, involving the decomposition of organometallic compounds in a hydrogen-containing gas or vapor phase by means of a plasma. The energy density of the plasma is optimized, which involves recording an OES spectrum. It is thus possible to produce, e.g., strongly adhering conductor tracks whose width is less than 50 .mu.m and whose ratio of height to width is greater than 1. Also disclosed are a method for optimizing the deposition of metal-containing layers having a high specific conductivity, and a composite body produced by the process of the invention comprising a polymer substrate and a metal layer deposited thereon.

    摘要: The invention relates to a solar-cell marking method comprising the steps of: providing a substrate with a substrate surface for producing a solar cell (1) that comprises an active zone (5); and producing at least one indentation (21, 31) in the substrate surface with the use of laser irradiation, wherein the at least one indentation (21, 31) forms a marking (2, 3) for marking the solar cell (1), and producing the indentation (21, 31) is carried out prior to carrying out a solar-cell manufacturing process or during carrying out a solar-cell manufacturing process. According to the invention the substrate is designed as a semiconductor wafer with a wafer surface, and the marking (2, 3) is positioned on the wafer surface such that the marking (2, 3) is in the active zone (5) of the solar cell (1) formed by the semiconductor wafer. Furthermore, the invention relates to a semiconductor-wafer solar cell (1) whose marking is easily recognizable and thus positioned so as to be reliably readable, without this impeding the functionality of the solar cell (1).

    摘要: An automatic transmission includes a double-pinion planetary gearset and two single-pinion planetary gearsets. A first ring gear is held stationary. A second sun gear and a third ring gear are coupled to a first sun gear and a first carrier respectively, constituting first and second rotor units. An output is coupled to a third carrier. A first clutch selectively couples a second carrier to the first rotor unit. A second clutch selectively couples the second carrier to the second rotor unit. A third clutch selectively couples an input to the second carrier. A fourth clutch selectively couples a second ring gear to a third sun gear. A fifth clutch selectively couples the second ring gear to the third carrier. A sixth clutch selectively couples the input to the third sun gear. Nine forward gear ratios and one reverse gear ratio are obtained by simultaneous application of three of the clutches.
