摘要: A cathode-ray tube includes a screen region, for displaying images, which consists of two glass layers. An exterior glass layer is formed of glass having a higher X-ray absorption coefficient. An interior glass layer is formed of glass which hardly causes browning. These exterior and interior glasses are connected together by the process of adhesion for example.

摘要: A ball bearing formed with an outer ring including (i) an inner cylindrical body made of a steel sheet of which one peripheral edge is bent to form a first flange and (ii) an outer cylindrical body of which one peripheral edge is bent to form a second flange and which is fitted to the inner cylindrical body. An inner ring made of any suitable material is provided on its outer circumferential surface thereof with a raceway groove. The inner ring has a shaft hole of any suitable configuration according to a section configuration of a shaft to be inserted into the shaft hole. The first and second flanges of the outer ring are drawn in a direction toward balls in an annular space between the outer and inner rings order to prevent looseness thereof, the parts of the flanges in the vicinity of a Pitch Circle Diameter of the balls being bent and drawn toward the balls in parallel with a rotational axis of the ball bearing, the radially inward-directed parts of the flanges which extend radially inwardly from the drawin portions are at right angles to the rotational axis of the ball bearing and the inner lateral surfaces of the radially inward parts being flat corresponding to the Pitch Circle Diameter of the balls, thus serving as ball guiding members. Gaps formed between the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring and the ends of the flanges of the outer ring, are small so that the ball bearing has a sealing structure.

摘要: A maintenance information output system is provided that includes an iron amount detecting device, a receiver, a maintenance information output apparatus, and a controlling portion. The iron amount detecting device is attached to a speed reducer, and detects an amount of iron in a lubricant in the speed reducer. The receiver receives data of the amount of iron detected by the iron amount detecting device. The maintenance information output apparatus has an outputting portion which outputs maintenance information of the speed reducer. The maintenance information output apparatus has a receiving portion which receives the data from the receiver. When the amount of iron is equal to or larger than a threshold value, the controlling portion causes the outputting portion to output the maintenance information.

摘要: Provided is a power supply control device capable of reducing power consumption even when the amount of time the electrical equipment is used is indeterminate. This power supply control device (700) controls the supply of power to multiple lines on which electrical equipment is arranged, and has: a power supply control instruction unit (760), which provisionally supplies power to lines to which power is not being supplied; a power calculation unit (730), which determines for each line whether there has been an increase in the power consumption; and a power supply status determination unit (750) which, after power has been supplied provisionally, stops the provisional supply of power to a line when the power consumption on that line has not increased.
