摘要: The present invention is generally directed to methods of disaggregating low resolution whole-house energy consumption data. In accordance with some embodiments of the present invention, methods may include steps of: receiving at a processor the low resolution whole house profile; selectively communicating with a first database including non-electrical information; selectively communicating with a second database including training data; and determining by the processor based on the low resolution whole house profile, the non-electrical information and the training data, individual appliance load profiles for one or more appliances.

摘要: An electricity supply control system and a method for connecting at least one of a load and a source to an electric grid are disclosed. The system comprises at least two electric meters, each associated with a different supply regime having different parameters, a switching unit for separately connecting and disconnecting each electric meter and a control unit in operational connection with the switching unit. The control unit comprises communication circuitry for obtaining real-time data relating to at least one of the aforementioned parameters, and is further configured to connect one of the electric meters and disconnect the other electric meter(s) based on the obtained real-time data and at least one predefined condition. Hereby a more dynamic electricity supply control system is provided.

摘要: A power supply system includes a power distribution branch, a charging branch, and a control unit. The power distribution branch receives a first current. The charging branch includes a charging unit, and the charging branch receives a second current to charge an electric vehicle through the charging unit. The control unit is connected to the charging unit, and receives a current signal of the first current consumed by the power distribution branch. The control unit calculates an adjustment value of the second current according to a variation value of the first current when the first current is varied. A sum of the first current and the second current is less than or equal to an upper-limit value of a total household current. The control unit produces a charging command according to the adjustment value of the second current and provides the charging command to the charging unit.

摘要: An intelligent circuit breaker is electrically capable of dimming a load using sine wave dimming and forward or reverse cut-phase dimming. The intelligent circuit breaker may include low on resistance transistors switching at a 100 kHZ or higher using pulse width modulation to achieve the sine wave dimming while filtering out the high frequency switching and allowing a line frequency pass through. The intelligent circuit breaker may include a wireless module for receiving one or commands to perform power dimming of the load. The intelligent circuit breaker may advantageously be constructed in a form factor which is compatible with standard circuit breaker panels.

摘要: An electrical switch device features a switch module housing that fits at least partially within an in-wall electrical box. The housing contains electrically controlled switches and has line and neutral contacts carried for each of the electrically controlled switches to enable connection of a different respective load circuit across each electrically controlled switch. A control panel is mountable over an open front of the in-wall electrical box and the housing therein, and has a user-interface for operation of the switch module to control the electrically controlled switches and connected loads. The control panel is sized to fully cover the open front of a multi-gang electrical box, whereby the same switch module and control panel are usable with either a single-gang or multi-gang electrical box without leaving any portion of the open front of the single-gang or multi-gang electrical box uncovered by said control panel.
