    摘要: A tactile sensation providing apparatus, so as to reduce an influence by provision of a tactile sensation on detection of a position by a touch sensor, includes a touch sensor 11, a tactile sensation providing unit 12 disposed near the sensor 11 and configured to vibrate the sensor 11, a touch sensor control unit 20 configured to transmit a scanning signal to the sensor 11 and, by receiving the signal from the sensor 11, to detect the position of the contact to the sensor, signal lines 16, 18 configured to transmit the signal between the sensor 11 and the control unit 20, and a tactile sensation control unit 30 configured to, based on the position of the contact detected by the control unit 20, control the providing unit 12 to vibrate the sensor 11. The providing unit 12 is disposed avoiding overlapping with the lines 16, 18.

    摘要: An image display apparatus includes a first power source line and a second power source line, which are connected to a plurality of pixel circuits, each of which includes a light-emitting device and a drive device that drives the light-emitting device; an image signal line that applies an image data potential depending on an emission brightness of the light-emitting device to the drive device; and a drive control unit (timing controller, X driver, Y driver) that controls a magnitude and an output timing of a potential applied to the image signal line, and controls a magnitude and an output timing of a potential applied to the first power source line and the second power source line, in order to perform an emission control to the respective pixel circuits all at once in all pixel circuits. The drive control unit gradually changes an image data potential of the image signal line from a first potential serving as a reference potential to a second potential serving as a constant potential so as to start the emission of the light-emitting device.

An antenna apparatus is constructed by mounting the surface-mount type antenna on a mounting substrate having a feeding electrode and a ground conductor layer with a linear side edge located near the feeding electrode, with the ridge of the base body arranged parallel to the linear side edge of the ground conductor layer.

In an array antenna with a variable phase shifter, the variable phase shifter has a transmission line, and a variable capacitance capacitor is connected to a terminal of a ground side of the transmission line. In the variable capacitance capacitor, a plurality of variable capacitance elements each using a thin film dielectric layer whose dielectric constant changes in accordance with an applied voltage are connected between an input terminal and an output terminal, in parallel to each other with respect to direct current component and in series with each other with respect to high frequency component.

    摘要: A surface-mount type antenna includes a rectangular-parallelepiped base body made of a dielectric or magnetic material, having a first surface to be placed on a target substrate, second to fifth surfaces that are continuous with the first surface, and a sixth surface located in parallel with the first surface; a ground electrode formed on at least one of the second to fifth surfaces; two radiating electrodes that are continuous with the ground electrode and extend over two or more adjacent surfaces of the second to sixth surfaces; and two feeding electrodes formed on at least one of the second to fifth surfaces so as to be spaced apart circumferentially of the continuum of the second to fifth surfaces to provide the ground electrode in between. The feeding electrode is capacitance-coupled to the radiating electrode for effecting feeding.
