An image restoration device, an image restoration method, and an image restoration system are provided. The image restoration device includes a point spread function estimation unit, and an image restoration filter unit. The point spread function estimation unit receives an image signal and estimates a Point Spread Function (PSF) from the received image signal. The image restoration filter unit receives the image signal and the PSF, generates an image restoration filter coefficient from the PSF, and filters the image signal according to the image restoration filter coefficient to output the filtered image signal.

The present invention relates to a hydrophilic photocatalyst and a process of preparation thereof to obtain a titanium dioxide (TiO2) layer of an anatase structure having an excellent photocatalystic effect on a chromium substrate, and in particular to a hydrophilic photocatalyst and a process for preparation thereof including: coating a titanium dioxide (TiO2) layer of an amorphous form on the substrate while maintaining the temperature of the substrate below 200° C., coating the TiO2 layer of a pure anatase structure on the TiO2 layer of the amorphous form, and coating a silicon dioxide layer on the TiO2 layer of the pure anatase structure, wherein a super-hydrophilic property having a contact angle below 10 degrees showing a photocatalystic effect by ultraviolet irradiation appears within 1 hour after UV irradiation and a hydrophilic property having a contact angle below 20 degrees between the substrate and water drops is maintained for 18 hours.

The plasma display panel sustain driver includes a power recovery capacitor that provides a predetermined voltage to the plasma display panel; a sustain switching unit connected to the plasma display panel and that sustains or discharges the voltage charged in the plasma display panel; a first power recovery unit connected between the power recovery capacitor and sustain switching unit, the first power recovery unit forming a resonant circuit together with the plasma display panel to provide a voltage charged in the power recovery capacitor to the plasma display panel through the sustain switching unit when the sustain switching unit is inactivated, the first power recovery unit blocking the output current of the sustain switching unit when the sustain switching unit is activated; and a second power recovery unit connected between the power recovery capacitor and sustain switching unit, the second power recovery unit forming a resonant circuit together with the plasma display panel to discharge the voltage charged in the plasma display panel to the power recovery capacitor when the sustain switching unit is inactivated, the second power recovery unit blocking a current path to the sustain switching unit when the sustain switching unit is activated.

A Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting device capable of correcting changes in a wavelength of light output from an LED element caused by changes in temperature, and a method for controlling the same are provided. The lighting device includes a temperature-current converter which generates a current command value to correct change in a wavelength of output light based on temperature information indicating temperature of the light source, and a light source driver which receives the current command value, adjusts amplitude of a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, and controls a driving electric current of the light source according to the adjusted PWM signal.
