摘要: A method for reactivating at least one media transfer protocol-compatible (MTP-compatible) device when an unrecoverable error occurs includes: temporarily storing a transaction ID of a latest operation performed on the MTP-compatible device; and selectively communicating with the MTP-compatible device by utilizing the transaction ID when an unrecoverable error of the MTP-compatible device occurs. An associated host for reactivating at least one MTP-compatible device when an unrecoverable error occurs includes a storage unit and a processing circuit. The storage unit is arranged to temporarily store a transaction ID of a latest operation performed on the MTP-compatible device. In addition, the processing circuit is arranged to selectively communicate with the MTP-compatible device by utilizing the transaction ID when an unrecoverable error of the MTP-compatible device occurs.

摘要: A system for estimating range to an object comprising a system for estimating range to an object comprising a transmitter to transmit at least one UWB signal, a receiver to receive at least one UWB signal, a sampler to sample the received UWB signal depending on a plurality of clock and/or sample pulses having a first frequency, and a circuit and/or processor configured to generate a fractional signal having a second frequency that is lower that the first frequency and a phase that is dependant on the delay between when the UWB signal is actually received and when the received UWB signal is first sampled, and determine the range based on at least a first number of clock or sample pulses between transmitting and receiving the UWB signal and the phase of the fractional signal. Also a method of estimating range to an object.

摘要: A method and device for triggering and reporting an SR are disclosed in the present invention. The present invention adds determining of UL-SCH resource scheduling grant and subsequent UL-SCH resource to the process of SR triggering and reporting; with the present invention, the current status of a UE can be accurately determined, and only a necessary SR is triggered and reported. Therefore, not only system overhead can be saved, but also it can be avoided that a base station, in order to respond to the unnecessary SR sent by the UE, allocates redundant UL-SCH resource to the UE, moreover, the system bandwidth is also saved and the system frequency spectrum efficiency is improved.

摘要: Methods are provided for making a treatment composition by loading active components into a high pressure vessel and pressurizing the high pressure vessel with carbon dioxide to reach a pressure within the high pressure vessel of about 400 pounds per square inch to about 1,070 pounds per square inch. The active components can include a protein denaturant and a surfactant, and optionally an acaricide. In one particular embodiment, this method can be used to clean a substrate, by loading the substrate into the high pressure vessel prior to pressurizing with carbon dioxide. Methods are also provided for treating a substrate to clean it from dust mites by delivering dry ice particles to the substrate, and vacuuming the substrate. Treatment compositions are also generally provided.

摘要: This invention relates generally to the field of cell separation or isolation. In particular, the invention provides a method for separating cells, which method comprises: a) selectively staining cells to be separated with a dye so that there is a sufficient difference in a separable property of differentially stained cells; and b) separating said differentially stained cells via said separable property. Preferably, the separable property is dielectrophoretic property of the differentially stained cells and the differentially stained cells are separated or isolated via dielectrophoresis. Methods for separating various types of cells in blood samples are also provided. Centrifuge tubes useful in density gradient centrifugation and dielectrophoresis isolation devices useful for separating or isolating various types of cells are further provided.
