Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) that comprises a processor, which determines one among a plurality of mobility states for the UE, wherein the plurality of mobility states comprises at least three different mobility states. The processor determines one or more radio measurement quantities of a serving radio cell in which the UE is located. The processor determines whether or not to relax radio measurements on one or more neighbour radio cells, based on the determined mobility state of the UE and the determined one or more radio measurement quantities of the serving radio cell. A receiver and the processor of the UE perform the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells according to radio measurement requirements, when the processor determines not to relax the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) that comprises processing circuitry that operates a discontinued reception function that involves monitoring of a downlink control channel for downlink control information intended to the UE during recurring monitoring time periods. A receiver of the UE receives a power-saving signal. The processing circuitry determines based on the power-saving signal whether or not to monitor the downlink control channel during one or more of the monitoring time periods of the discontinued reception function subsequent to the reception of the power-saving signal. The power-saving signal includes notification information on whether or not the UE is to acquire further information relating to one or more other functions operated by the UE.

The determination of the target BWP is performed, in particular, in accordance with at least one of: a priority order of the one or more normal BWPs, a predefined or preconfigured BWP, a legacy BWP indicator field in the DCI signaling, a most recently active normal BWP, and the dormant BWP.

The UE determines allocated resources for an initial PUSCH transmission and allocated resources for at least one repetition thereof, and performs a PUSCH transmission using the respectively determined allocated resources.
