Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine to transmit a compact uplink control information (UCI) that identifies one or more parameters associated with a transmission of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication in a PUSCH resource unit (PRU). The UE may transmit the UCI in the PRU based at least in part on a semi-static payload construction and resource mapping rule. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor for a downlink transmission from a network device, the downlink transmission comprising a set of parity bits. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the monitoring, a number of parity checks of the set of parity bits that either failed a parity check procedure or satisfied the parity check procedure. The UE may identify, based at least in part on the monitoring and the number of parity checks, a feedback status indicator for the downlink transmission. The UE may transmit a feedback message that includes the feedback status indicator and additional information based at least in part on the number of parity checks.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for relayed sidelink communications in which a set of relays receives a groupcast sidelink communication from a source and relay the communication to a destination using cooperative multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) techniques. A source, such as a source user equipment (UE), may reserve resources for the groupcast sidelink communication and the cooperative MIMO transmissions, and may transmit a resource reservation message with an indication of the reserved resources. The resource reservation message may be transmitted in a sidelink control information transmission, in a medium access control message, or any combinations thereof. In the event of a collision in reserved resources of multiple different sources, the sources or relays may determine a priority of each communication and transmit a selected communication based on the priority determination.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to measure sidelink channel conditions for a group of UEs and transmit a report (e.g., a channel state information (CSI) report) to a base station indicating the sidelink channel conditions. The base station may transmit control information (e.g., group-common downlink control information (GC-DCI)) to the group of UEs triggering the UEs to transmit sidelink reference signals (e.g., CSI reference signals (CSI-RS)) on the sidelink channels so that the UE can measure the sidelink channel conditions and transmit the report. Based on the report, the base station may transmit control information (e.g., a downlink control information (DCI) message) scheduling sidelink communications for the group of UEs. In some examples, the UE may act as a relay node for the group of UEs, and forward control information to the group of UEs.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that multiple physical uplink channels scheduled for the UE overlap. The multiple physical uplink channels may include a first physical uplink channel and a second physical uplink channel that are associated with different priority levels. The UE may transmit at least one of the first physical uplink channel or the second physical uplink channel according to a prioritization or a multiplexing of the first physical uplink channel and the second physical uplink channel. The prioritization or the multiplexing is based at least in part on whether the UE is enabled to perform simultaneous physical uplink control channel and physical uplink shared channel transmissions. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) receiving a first transmission scheduling resources for a second transmission having a first priority. The UE may determine that one or more symbols of the second transmission are to be unused due to receipt of a cancellation indication or due to identifying a conflict, for example, with higher priority resources. Based on determining that the symbols are to be unused, the UE may determine that the base station will not reschedule the unused resources for another transmission, for example, having the first priority. The UE and the base station may communicate based on the determination.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to support codebook construction for enhanced hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to support a first type of HARQ feedback and a second type of HARQ feedback that includes additional information relative to the first type. A base station may transmit multiple downlink transmissions to the UE, where a first set of the downlink transmissions may be associated with the first type of HARQ feedback and a second set of the downlink transmissions may be associated with the second type of HARQ feedback. The UE may attempt to decode the downlink transmissions and may generate respective feedback for the downlink transmissions. The UE may construct a single HARQ codebook to multiplex the different types of HARQ feedback for the downlink transmissions and may transmit the HARQ codebook to the base station.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to communicating uplink control information. In an aspect, a first device receives from a second device configuration information including an indication to transmit uplink control information via a primary component carrier (PCC) or a given secondary component carrier (SCC) of at least one SCC in a slot. The first device also receives from the second device mapping information indicating an enabled spatial relation information configured for the PCC or the given SCC for transmitting the uplink control information. A user equipment may receive signaling from a network entity configuring a sounding reference signal resource set comprising a first sounding reference signal resource associated with a first subset of a total number of sounding reference signal ports and a second sounding reference signal resource associated with a second subset of the total number of sounding reference signal ports supported by the UE. The UE may receive a downlink control information message comprising an indication of a physical uplink shared channel transmission based on at least a subset of the total number of sounding reference signal ports.
