    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for scheduled communications in which multiple different communication instances are scheduled between a user equipment (UE) and a base station. Different communication parameters for different communication instances may be selected based on reported channel conditions between the UE and the base station. Subsequent to a report of channel conditions results in chanced communication parameters, the UE may blind decode a one or more scheduled communications using multiple candidate sets of decoding hypotheses to identify a first candidate set of decoding parameters that is used for the first scheduled communication. Such techniques provide that communication parameters may be adjusted based on channel conditions, and a UE may decode a communication in the event that the base station does not successfully receive a measurement report and continues transmissions using a prior set of parameters.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive one or more reference signals from multiple cells and may perform measurements of the reference signals. The UE may transmit, based on the measurements, a measurement report associated with a first cell and a second cell of the multiple cells, where the measurement report includes at least a first field that indicates a first identifier corresponding to the first cell and a second field that indicates a second identifier corresponding to the second cell. The measurement report may further include a resource indicator for a first reference signal of the one or more reference signals and a second resource indicator for a second reference signal of the one or more reference signals, where the first resource indicator is associated with the first identifier and the second resource indicator is associated with the second identifier.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device such as a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling from a scheduling device such as a base station which indicates a configuration for decoding control channel information at the UE using a single discrete transform process. In such cases, the configuration may be for decoding control channel information such as downlink control information (DCI) that is time multiplexed with data channel information in one or more symbols of a single carrier waveform. Using the configuration, the UE may decode the control channel information and the data channel information using the discrete transform process.

    Abstract: A base station may determine one or more parameters of a PDSCH group including multiple PDSCHs for each beam in a plurality of beams, configure a plurality of resources for communication via the PDSCH group based on the determined one or more parameters of the PDSCH group, and transmit, to a UE, an indication of at least one parameter of the one or more parameters of the PDSCH group via the plurality of resources. The base station may also transmit, via the plurality of resources, one or more PDSCHs based on the at least one parameter of the one or more parameters of the PDSCH group. The UE may receive the indication of at least one parameter of the PDSCH group including multiple PDSCHs for each beam in a plurality of beams, and receive, from the base station, one or more PDSCHs based on the indication.
