    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulically actuated cutoff valve which is provided as an intake valve for switching between a master cylinder and an intake side of a feed pump of a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. The invention sets forth that the cutoff valve is embodied with a valve closing body that has a valve tappet which passes through an annular actuating element and is in engagement with a rocker element embodied as a cup spring, which rests on an annular pivot bearing. If the actuating element is acted upon by pressure, it presses down an outer edge of the rocker element, and as a result a middle of the actuating element executes a pivoting motion in the opposite direction that closes the cutoff valve. The invention has the advantage of an economical cutoff valve that has only a small number of components, and the invention can be used in a hydraulic vehicle brake system.

    摘要: A hydraulic brake system including at least one electromagnetically actuatable valve is disposed in a receiving bore. A throttle body at least partly surrounding the valve on one end in the axial direction is provided in the receiving bore and has a throttle restriction in a through bore. In this hydraulic brake system, adjusting the stroke of an armature can be done in a simple manner before the throttle body is installed on the valve. The valve and the throttle body is especially suitable for outlet valves of hydraulic motor-vehicle brake systems.

    摘要: An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston-pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft configured to be driven rotationally about its axis, a bearing ring eccentric relative to the shaft, and, in a gap between the bearing ring and shaft, rolling bodies with different diameters according to a differing width of the gap. When the shaft is rotationally driven, an eccentricity of the bearing ring circulates the shaft more slowly than the rotational speed of the shaft and drives a reciprocating movement of pump pistons which bear against the bearing ring. To ensure that the rolling bodies roll on and circulate the shaft, a radial elasticity loads the rolling bodies with prestress against the shaft and bearing ring. The prestress is caused by an undersize of the bearing ring or by an elastic ring on the shaft, on at least one rolling body or in the bearing ring.

The first pressure chamber is connected to a suction region via an inlet valve and is operationally connected to a delivery side via an outlet valve. A compensation piston unit has a working piston chamber connected to the delivery side. A stroke volume of the first pressure chamber is twice the size of a stroke volume of the working piston chamber. The piston element and a component affixed to the housing delimit a second pressure chamber connected to the suction region which is operationally connected to the first pressure chamber during a suction stroke of the piston element whose volume varies by half the stroke volume of the first pressure chamber and expands with a delivery stroke of the piston element.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic pump unit with an electric drive motor and a radial piston pump that is provided as a return feed pump for a motor vehicle for a slip-regulated, hydraulic brake system. To drive the pump pistons, the invention provides a rod-shaped eccentric element that is supported eccentrically with ball heads in a shaft end of a drive shaft of the drive motor and disposed on an opposite side of the pump pistons in a pump housing is supported so that the eccentric element can swivel around a solid angle. When the drive shaft is rotated, the eccentric element executes a movement on a surface of a cone so that the pump pistons resting against the eccentric element are driven in a reciprocating stroke motion. The invention has the advantage of a mechanically defined bearing support of the drive shaft and eccentric element so that the bearing of the eccentric element, which bearing is fixed to the housing, does not have to be exactly flush with the drive shaft.
