    Abstract: A method for implementing mobile relay station is provided. The method includes performing spectrum sensing at least one spectrum sensing entity in a base station, a mobile relay station and a user terminal, sending, by the spectrum sensing entity, the result of spectrum sensing to a spectrum managing entity in the mobile communication system, allocating, by the spectrum managing entity available spectrum to a first link between the mobile relay station and the base station and allocating, by the spectrum managing entity, the available spectrums to a second link between the mobile relay station and the user terminal as working spectrum. The present invention also provides a mobile relay station system. The present invention can solve the problem of capacity bottleneck in the backhaul links and access links in high speed wireless environment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a hybrid duplex communication method and apparatus. Configuration information is obtained. The configuration information includes locations of special sub-frames on the first carrier, and a transmission direction of each sub-frame on the second carrier. Sounding Reference Symbol (SRS) is sent on a special sub-frame. when all sub-frames on the second carrier are UL sub-frames, the UE may communicate with the BS on the first carrier and the second carrier according to the FDD mode; when the second carrier is used for UL and DL transmission in time division multiplexing mode, the UE may communicate with the BS on DL resources of the first carrier and UL resources of the second carrier according to the FDD mode, and/or, the UE may communicate with the BS on DL resources of the second carrier and UL resources of the second carrier according to the TDD mode.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.
