Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a blind detection method for Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) candidate, comprising: determining a resource location of a serving cell for transmitting the PDCCH candidate corresponding to a Primary cell (Pcell), wherein, the serving cell includes Pcell and/or Secondary cell (Scell); and blindly detecting the PDCCH candidate corresponding to Pcell on the determined resource location of the serving cell. Based on the solution of the embodiment of the present application, in a CA system, the allocation of the resources occupied by the PDCCH can be implemented more reasonably and effectively.-

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting uplink control information. The method includes: a User Equipment (UE) receives Uplink Control Information UCI configuration information, wherein the UCI configuration information includes information for determining a periodicity, an offset and a Physical Uplink Control Channel PUCCH for Periodic-Channel State Information P-CSI to be report in one subframe and configuration information for transmission of Hybrid Automatic Retransmission reQuest-Acknowledgement HARQ-ACK; processes one or more kinds of UCI in the subframe, and transmits the on resources using a PUCCH format. According to the method of the present disclosure, the transmit power for transmitting the UCI on the channel using the PUCCH format is optimized. During the transmission of the P-CSI, the PUCCH resource most preferable for the transmission of the P-CSI is determined. The uplink resource utilization ratio is increased.

The method for transmitting HARQ-ACK comprises: receiving, in a downlink time unit, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and control signaling, which are transmitted by a transmitting side; determining, according to the control signaling, an uplink time unit configured to feed back HARQ-ACK corresponding to the received PDSCH and an HARQ-ACK codebook corresponding to the uplink time unit; and transmitting HARQ-ACK information corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in the uplink time unit. By the method of the present application, the determination of an HARQ-ACK codebook corresponding to an uplink time unit is realized, and thus the effective utilization of uplink control channel resources is ensured.

Abstract: Provided are a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT), with a transmission and receipt processing method and device for time-frequency synchronization between V2X terminals, When a synchronization signal to be transmitted is identical to a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, time-frequency resources configured for the D2D terminal in a cell are reused to transmit the synchronization signal. When synchronization signal to be transmitted is different from a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, reconfigured time-frequency resources are used to transmit the synchronization signal. The synchronization signal transmitted by a V2X terminal indicates a corresponding synchronization source type by using a value of an SLSS sequence index and/or a value of a PSBCH specified field.
