    Abstract: Provided is a light-emitting element including a fluorescence-emitting material with high emission efficiency. The light-emitting element includes a pair of electrodes and an EL layer between the pair of electrodes. The EL layer includes a first organic compound, a second organic compound, and a guest material. The first organic compound has a function of emitting a thermally activated delayed fluorescence at room temperature. The guest material has a function of emitting fluorescence. A HOMO level of the first organic compound higher than or equal to a HOMO level of the second organic compound. A LUMO level of the first organic compound is lower than or equal to a LUMO level of the second organic compound.

    Abstract: A light-emitting element which uses a plurality of kinds of light-emitting dopants emitting light in a balanced manner and has high emission efficiency is provided. Further, a light-emitting device, a display device, an electronic device, and a lighting device each having reduced power consumption by using the above light-emitting element are provided. A light-emitting element which includes a plurality of light-emitting layers including different phosphorescent materials is provided. In the light-emitting element, the light-emitting layer which includes a light-emitting material emitting light with a long wavelength includes two kinds of carrier-transport compounds having properties of transporting carriers with different polarities. Further, in the light-emitting element, the triplet excitation energy of a host material included in the light-emitting layer emitting light with a short wavelength is higher than the triplet excitation energy of at least one of the carrier-transport compounds.

    Abstract: Objects of the present invention are to provide: a light-emitting element having a long lifetime and good emission efficiency and drive voltage. One embodiment of the invention is a light-emitting element including, between an anode and a cathode, at least a stack structure in which a first layer, a second layer, and a light-emitting layer are provided in order from the anode side. The first layer includes a first organic compound and an electron-accepting compound. The second layer includes a second organic compound having a HOMO level differing from the HOMO level of the first organic compound by from −0.2 eV to +0.2 eV. The light-emitting layer includes a third organic compound having a HOMO level differing from the HOMO level of the second organic compound by from −0.2 eV to +0.2 eV and a light-emitting substance having a hole-trapping property with respect to the third organic compound.

    Abstract: An object is to provide a light-emitting element with a favorable lifetime.A light-emitting element which includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an EL layer and in which the EL layer includes a hole-injection layer and first to fourth layers; the hole-injection layer includes an organic acceptor and is positioned between the first electrode and the first layer; the first layer includes a first hole-transport material; the second layer includes a second hole-transport material and is positioned between the first layer and the third layer; the third layer includes a third hole-transport material; the fourth layer includes a host material and a light-emitting material and is positioned between the third layer and the second electrode; the HOMO level of the second hole-transport material is deeper than the HOMO level of the first hole-transport material; the HOMO level of the host material is deeper than the second hole-transport material HOMO level; the HOMO level of the third hole-transport material is deeper than or equal to the HOMO level of the host material; a difference between the HOMO level of the second hole-transport material and the HOMO level of the third hole-transport material is less than or equal to 0.3 eV; and the second hole-transport material is a triarylamine compound having a structure where a dibenzofuran skeleton or a dibenzothiophene skeleton is bonded to nitrogen of an amine directly or via a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group.
