    摘要: The present invention defines an efficient method for (re)selecting a cell according to a speed of a terminal in a HetNet where cells having various regions such as macro cells, pico cells and femto cells are arranged in the same frequency band in a mobile communication system. A cell selection control method of a terminal in a mobile communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a step of receiving, from a base station, cell list information for not allowing a terminal moving at a high speed to select a cell and a step of setting the terminal so that cells included in the cell list information are considered or not considered to be targets of selection or reselection when the terminal moves at the high speed. According to the present invention, in a network consisting of various types of cells using the same frequency band, the terminal can determine whether to select or reselect a cell according to the speed of the terminal. That is, the terminal moving at the high speed does not select or reselect a frequent service cell, thereby efficiently performing the cell selection or reselection. Further, power consumption of the terminal can be reduced.

The method includes receiving from a receiving-side HARQ entity an input of a packet and processing time spent by the packet going through an HARQ operation; determining if a gap corresponding to at least one missing packet among received packets is detected based on the input packet belonging to the received packets and, when the gap is detected, waiting for the missing packet belonging to the gap to be received for a period of time obtained by subtracting the processing time from a predetermined maximum waiting value; and outputting the received packets to an upper layer in an order when the missing packet belonging to the gap fails to be received before the expiration of the period of time.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for performing measurement by a User Equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are provided. The UE has a Discontinuous Reception (DRX) mode for discontinuously receiving data and a continuous reception mode for continuously receiving data. The mobile communication system also has a serving cell where the UE is located, and a neighboring cell located near the serving cell. Signal strength of the serving cell is measured according to a period of the DRX mode. The signal strength measurement is continuously performed on the serving cell and the neighboring cell, if the measured signal strength of the serving cell is less than or equal to a particular threshold. The continuous signal strength measurement is stopped and signal strength of the serving cell is measured according to the period of the DRX mode, if the continuously measured signal strength of the serving cell is greater than the particular threshold.

A radio resource controlling node sets a priority for scheduling request retransmission, and cyclically notifies the priority in downlink. A terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request when the highest priority included in the scheduling request to be retransmitted is lower than the lowest priority for scheduling request retransmission. Alternatively, the radio resource controlling node sets scheduling request retransmission cycles (timers) according to priorities, and transmits the cycles in the downlink. The terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request before a cycle (timer) corresponding to the highest priority included in the scheduling request expires after the scheduling request is initially transmitted or retransmitted.
