摘要: A plurality of solar cells is connected together in a shingled fashion. Each of the solar cells includes grid wires that are attached to an electrode of the solar cell so as to receive charge carriers produced when photons are absorbed by the solar cell. The grid wires are then interconnected with adjacent solar cells when the solar cells are shingled together. The grid wires may be applied to the solar cells via a laminate and the electrical interconnection of the grid wires may be achieved by the use of a conductive epoxy.

摘要: Data paths, memories, and methods for providing data from memory are disclosed. An example read data path includes a delay path, and a clocked data register. The data path has a data propagation delay and is configured to receive data and propagate the data therethrough. The delay path is configured to receive a clock signal and provide a delayed clock signal having a delay relative to the clock signal that models the data propagation delay. The clocked data register is configured to clock in data responsive at least in part to the delayed clock signal. The clocked data register is further configured to clock out data responsive at least in part to the clock signal.

摘要: A method of linking recognized emotions to non-visual representations includes receiving at a first location information corresponding to demonstrative behaviors of individuals. The behaviors of the individuals may be analyzed during a dynamic session, in which the information is used to determine emotional states of one or more of the individuals. The information about the emotional state may then be used at the first location to determine an action for improving the dynamic session.

摘要: A system for use in freezing, storing and thawing biopharmaceutical materials includes a flexible sterile container means for holding biopharmaceutical material therein and a holder more rigid than said container means. The container means is received in a cavity of the holder and the holder extends along a perimeter of the container means. The holder is fixedly connected to the container means. The holder includes opposing sides defining an opening and the container means extends between the opposing sides of the holder defining the opening. The container means includes a substantially smooth exterior surface extending between the opposing sides.

摘要: A method and computer readable medium for treating a dielectric film on one or more substrates includes disposing the one or more substrates in a process chamber configured to perform plural treatment processes on a dielectric film. The dielectric film is formed on at least one of said one or more substrates, wherein the dielectric film includes an initial dielectric constant having a value less than the dielectric constant of SiO2. A thermal treatment process that includes annealing the one or more substrates is performed in order to remove volatile constituents from the dielectric film on the one or more substrates and a chemical treatment process is performed on the one or more substrates, including: introducing a treating compound to the dielectric film on the one or more substrates, and heating the one or more substrates.
