    摘要: Disclosed is a system and method of adjusting an audio signal for a communication device. The method comprises: identifying a characteristic associated with the signal and identifying its quality threshold; identifying a first set of adjustment parameters for the signal when the threshold is exceeded; and identifying a second set of adjustment parameters when it is not exceeded. Also, the device: monitors for a current setting value for the characteristic; and detects whether the current setting value is above or below the quality threshold. If the value is above, then the device produces a first output signal value utilizing a DSP, a processing filter defined in the DSP, values of the first set of adjustment parameters and the signal value. If the value is below, the device produces a second output signal value utilizing the DSP, the filter, values of the second set of adjustment parameters and the signal value.

    摘要: A low cost easily deployed, yet highly accurate weapon mounted trajectory analysis radar system uses optimized Doppler radar signals to detect the actual trajectory of a projectile fired from an artillery piece such as a 155 mm Howitzer. The actual trajectory data is used to determine an atmospheric model that may be used to aim the weapon for future firings. The system includes a Doppler radar system having a turret mounted antenna that tracks the projectile, a digital signal processor using a FFT to convert radar pulses to trajectory data and a data processing system that analyzes the trajectory data to develop a true atmospheric model.

The sputtering target is formed by compressing pre-alloyed and atomized powders of Cu, In, and Ga at pressures below 35,000 psi. In some embodiments the sputtering target material contains Na, S, or Se. In other embodiments the sputtering target is formed by isothermal compression.
