摘要： An apparatus randomly assigns downlink sub-frame time slots for transmitting user data in an NB-TDD CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) communication system. In the apparatus, a multiplexer creates a user data part by multiplexing user data for UEs (User Equipments), a TFCI (Transport Format Combination Indicator) symbol for the user data, and a TPC (Transmission Power Control command) symbol for controlling transmission power of a downlink channel, and a controller randomly assigns time slots for transmitting the user data part in the sub-frames, based on a time slot number initially assigned for the user data part, a sub-frame number at a transmission point of the user data part, and the number of assigned uplink time slots in the corresponding sub-frame.

摘要： A terminal and method for receiving a broadcast service by the terminal in a broadcast system are provided. The method includes performing a registration procedure for subscription and reception of the broadcast service through a Browser And Content Mobile Broadcast (BSCAST) Subscription Management (BSM) responsible for managing subscription information; receiving a Long Term Key Message (LTKM), including key information for encryption of the broadcast service, generated from the BSM; receiving a completed Short Term Key Message (STKM), the completed STKM being generated by performing Message Authentication Code (MAC) processing on a partially created STKM; receiving, from a Broadcast Service Distribution/Adaptation (BSD/A) which is responsible for transmitting the broadcast service, an encrypted broadcast service which is encrypted by a Traffic Encryption Key (TEK) for deciphering the broadcast service; and deciphering the encrypted broadcast service by the TEK obtained using the LTKM and the completed STKM.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for generating a Short Term Key Message (STKM) for protection of a broadcast service being broadcasted to a terminal in a mobile broadcast system. The method includes transmitting, by a Broadcast Service Subscription Management (BSM) for managing subscription information, at least one key information for authentication of the broadcast service to a Broadcast Service Distribution/Adaptation (BSD/A) for transmitting the broadcast service, generating, by the BSD/A, a Traffic Encryption Key (TEK) for deciphering of the broadcast service in the terminal and inserting the TEK into a partially created STKM, and performing, by the BSD/A, Message Authentication Code (MAC) processing on the TEK-inserted STKM using the at least one key information, thereby generating a completed STKM.

摘要： An encoding method and apparatus for a DCH (Dedicated Channel) encoder and a DSCH (Downlink Shared Channel) encoder in a transmitter for a mobile communication system including the DCH encoder for encoding k bits among 10 input TFCI (Transport Format Combination Indicator) bits and the DSCH encoder for encoding remaining (10-k) bits among the input TFCI bits. The method comprises generating, by the DCH encoder, a first coded bit stream by encoding the k input bits into 32 bits, and outputting a (3k+1)-bit stream by puncturing the first coded bit stream according to a specific mask pattern corresponding to the k value; and generating, by the DSCH encoder, a second coded bit stream by encoding the (10-k) input bits into 32 bits, and outputting a {3*(10-k)+1}-bit stream by puncturing the second coded bit stream according to a specific mask pattern corresponding to the (10-k) value.

摘要： A cell reselection method by a user equipment (UE) receiving an MBMS service in a serving cell of a mobile communication system. The UE receives control data of the serving cell, including configuration information necessary for accessing MBMS control channels (MCCHs) of neighbor cells and control information necessary for accessing an MBMS data transport channel (MTCH) of the serving cell, over an MCCH of the serving cell, and stores the received control data, while the MBMS service is provided in the serving cell. If cell reselection to a target cell, which is one of the neighbor cells is determined, the UE moves to the target cell by utilizing configuration information stored for the target cell.

摘要： A method for paging a UE (User Equipment) over a dedicated channel in a mobile communication system for supporting a Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS). The paging method can indicate the presence or absence of control information associated with the MBMS during a call-connection mode established over a dedicated channel in a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) communication system. If a Serving Radio Network Controller (SRNC) for supporting the MBMS recognizes the beginning of the MBMS in which the UE is joined, it requests from a transmission mode needed for the MBMS from one or more CRNCs (Control Radio Network Controllers) controlling a plurality of cells communicating with the UE, such that it acquires MBMS control channel (MCCH) information including control information for supporting the MBMS. Then, the SRNC transmits a paging message including the MCCH information to the UE over a dedicated channel.

摘要： A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving MBMS control information in an MBMS mobile communication system are provided. An RNC transmits MBMS control information for an MBMS service on an MCCH mapped to one of a plurality of CCPCHs available in a cell of the mobile communication system, and transmits a paging message on a logical channel mapped to each of the CCPCHs. Here, the paging message requests reception of the MBMS control information. A UE monitors one of the plurality of the CCPCHs, receives the paging message on the monitored CCPCH, switches to the CCPCH having the MCCH, and receives the MBMS control information on the switched to CCPCH. Therefore, resource consumption is minimized in transmitting MBMS control information in a cell and the reception reliability of the MBMS control information in the UE is increased.

摘要： A mobile communication system supporting an MBMS service includes a Node B having a plurality of transport channels and at least one UE communicating with the Node B. The Node B selects a transport channel for MBMS control information among a plurality of transport channels mapped to a secondary common control physical channel; transmits a system information block indicating the selected transport channel to a cell area where UEs are located, using a primary common control physical channel; and transmits the MBMS control information to the cell area using the selected transport channel. The UE receives a system information block indicating a transport channel selected to transmit MBMS control information among a plurality of transport channels mapped to a secondary common control physical channel, over a primary common control physical channel; receives the MBMS control information over the selected transport channel among the plurality of the transport channels, using the system information block; and receives the MBMS service using the MBMS control information.
