摘要: Provided is a surgical apparatus for transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) in which a thin and long endoscope and surgical instruments are inserted through a natural orifice of a human body and the endoscope and surgical instruments are conveyed to the operation area in the body to perform the operation area in the body. According to the surgical apparatus for TEM, a rotation function is added to a barrel of the surgical apparatus for TEM to enable manual rotation of the barrel to a required extent and adjustment of an operation area, without separation of the surgical apparatus for TEM from a fixing frame during an operation. In addition, since the endoscope is disposed outside the barrel, it is possible to reduce the outer diameter of the barrel and uniformly maintain a visual direction of the endoscope even when the barrel is rotated. Further, since the rotation function is added to both the barrel and the surgical instrument insertion hole, more convenient operation is possible.

摘要: A semiconductor device with having a MOS varactor and methods of fabricating the same are disclosed. The MOS varactor includes a metal gate electrode, an active semiconductor plate interposed between the metal gate electrode and the semiconductor substrate, and a capacitor dielectric layer interposed between the metal gate electrode and the active semiconductor plate. Further, a lower insulating layer insulates the MOS varactor from the semiconductor substrate. According to the present invention, a metal gate electrode is used to reduce poly depletion, thereby increasing a tuning range of the varactor, and to manufacture a reliable metal resistor without the need of an additional photomask.

摘要: This invention relates to a coupler for the exhaust pipes of automobile. The preferred coupler includes a conduit sleeve (10); a conduit cover member (20) generally covering the sleeve (10); a guiding member (30) extended from the end of the cover member (20), the guiding member serving to accommodate a bending articulation or radial displacement of the coupler; an inner retainer pocket (40) having a rim (41) engaged in the outer surface of said sleeve (10), wherein said rim is extended circumferentially and forms a first pocket (42) with said guiding member (30); an outer retainer member (50) having an enlarged diameter area (40) and forming a second pocket (52) with said guiding member (30); buffering members (60) (61) located in the pockets (42) (52); and a bellows (70) fixably engaged between said inner retainer member (40) and said cover member (20), wherein said bellows (70) prevents leakage of gas therein and absorbs the elastic and bending displacement, to allow said guiding member (30) to slide during bending articulation of buffering members (60) (61). Moreover, the present invention can minimize the effect of bending displacement on the engine because the invented coupler absorbs vibration and accomodates bending displacement. In addition, the present invention can increase parts life and riding comfort.

摘要: A method and apparatus for printing accessed data over a network using a virtual machine applet accessed by a printer. To-be-printed data accessed through a network or setup command data for setting up a printer environment received from a user is transformed into to-be-printed extensible markup language (XML) data or setup command XML data, respectively. The to-be-printed XML data or the setup command XML data is transmitted to the printer. The to-be-printed XML data or the setup command XML data is interpreted via the virtual machine applet to execute printing or to set up the printer. Accordingly, data written in various kinds of languages on the Internet can be transmitted to and printed by a printer without installing a printer driver in a computer or a mobile communication apparatus like a PDA. Also, a desired printer setup by a user can be achieved without a printer driver.
