The device comprises a switch body including a cover body and a base plate; an operation lever disposed pivotably outside of the switching body; and a movable plate disposed inside of the switch body and linked with the operation lever. There are disposed a first joint portion and a second joint portion formed by ultrasonic welding between the cover body and the base plate and between the operation lever and the movable plate, respectively.

    摘要: A hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine that uses liquid hydrocarbon fuel and hydrogen gas as fuel, which improves mixability of liquid hydrocarbon fuel and hydrogen gas and reduces the number of parts required for a fuel supply that supplies the two types of fuel. The hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine includes a fuel injection device injecting hydrocarbon fuel; a fuel supply supplying hydrocarbon fuel to the fuel injection device; and a microbubble generation device generating microbubbles of hydrogen gas and mixing the generated microbubbles of hydrogen gas into liquid hydrocarbon fuel in the fuel supply. The hydrogen gas microbubbles are supplied, for instance, to a fuel supply path and fuel tank, which constitute the fuel supply.

    摘要: In the application of plasma spraying to a metal body, it is intended to attain reduction of spraying cost and improvement of working efficiency in roughening operation while maintaining anticorrosive effects. An adhesion strength of spray coating comparable to that obtained in the conventional combination of blast treatment and gas flame spraying can be realized even if roughening is conducted with the use of simple tools by performing in advance such a roughening treatment that the average roughness (Ra) of surface of thermal spray subject falls within the range of 2 to 10 μm with the use of a grinding tool and thereafter carrying out thermal spraying under such conditions that the average area of each of molten particles when molten particles of a thermal spray material have stuck to the surface of thermal spray subject falls within the range of 10000 to 100000 μm2. In the roughening by means of grinding tools, large-scale apparatus is not needed as different from the blast treatment, and portable small tools can be used in overhead location work at field repair. The scattering of powder resulting from grinding is slight so that the danger of environmental pollution is low.
