    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide such an oriented polyester film that has a constant thickness, and is excellent in dimensional stability at a high temperature and dimensional stability to temperature change in a working temperature range. The invention relates to an oriented polyester film containing as a major component of a substrate layer polyethylene-2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate, being stretched at least in one direction, and having a film thickness of from 12 to 250 μm, wherein (1) a coefficient of linear thermal expansion αt at a temperature of from 30 to 100° C. is from 0 to 15 ppm/° C. in both longitudinal and width directions of the film, and (2) a thermal shrinkage rate at 100° C. for 10 minutes is 0.5% or less in both longitudinal and width directions of the film.

A semiconductor laser device includes a stem as a base member, and a cap member. The stem includes a main unit having a reference plane, and a heat sink platform as an element mount unit, located on the reference plane for mounting a laser element. The cap member is set on the reference plane of the stem so as to cover the heat sink platform. A hole is formed at the sidewall of the cap member facing the heat sink platform. Fixation between the cap member and the stem is established by fixedly attaching the portion at the inner side of the sidewall of the cap member adjacent the hole to the outer circumferential plane of a heat sink platform.

    摘要: To provide a process for producing a filter catalyst which can produce a filter catalyst in which the closure of ventilation holes by a catalytic layer is inhibited. A process for producing a filter catalyst according to the present invention is characterized in that, in a process for producing a filter catalyst, the process comprising: a step of preparing a coating slurry in which an inorganic oxide powder is dispersed, and coating the coating slurry onto a catalyst-support substrate composed of a porous material having a plurality of cells extending in the axial direction; a step of removing the coating slurry in excess from the catalyst-support substrate with the coating slurry coated; and a step of drying-calcining the coating slurry; the removing of the coating slurry in excess is carried out by performing the following steps repeatedly: a step of holding one of the axial opposite ends of the catalyst-support substrate and another axial opposite end thereof in such a state that a pressure difference is given therebetween; and a step of holding the one of the opposite ends of the catalyst-support substrate and the other opposite end thereof in an identical pressure state. The present production process can produce a filter catalyst in which sufficient ventilation property is secured so that it has come not to induce the rise of pressure loss.

    摘要: A new clamping machine is disclosed, which can perform a straight-hydraulic mold clamping and a tie-bar drawing-out operation in a reduced working space, and enables a shortened mold exchanging time, by effecting retraction of a movable die plate and a tie-bar drawing-out operation simultaneously. In order to draw out tie bars 18 from a fixed die plate 10 only when molds are exchanged, annular pistons 36, which construct mold clamping cylinders in the fixed die plate, are provided. Abutting each piston, a pair of half nuts 48A, 48B are arranged and driven to engage with an engagement portion 18A provided at one end of each tie bar on the side of the fixed die plate, usually, other than during the drawing out operation. A relative position of each tie bar to the half nuts is set to be able to engage with the half nuts when a right end face of the tie bar contacts with the stopper plate 46. When pressure for clamping molds is increased during such engagement, the annular pistons are driven to transmit a force, for performing an initial operation, to the tie bars.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for controlling an injection of a die-casting machine, the apparatus having an open-shut valve for opening and shutting a hydraulic channel through which hydraulic fluid is discharged from a boost cylinder device and a boost cylinder flow-control valve for regulating a flow of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the boost cylinder device. When a highly viscous molten material is injected toward a casting mold and the molten material reaches a gate of the casting mold, an injection resistance is increased. At this time, by regulating the hydraulic channel with the control valves to discharge the hydraulic fluid in accordance with a predetermined program, the boost cylinder device applies further pressure to the injecting piston to assist injection process, thereby preventing inappropriate change in injection speed. Consequently, the open-shut valve is opened to conduct ordinary pressure boosting pressure process.

    摘要: The present invention provides a die plate and a mold clamping apparatus equipped with the die plate for a die casting machine and so on capable of reducing dimensions of die length as small as possible.A fixed die plate FXPL and a moving die plate MVPL of a mold clamping apparatus on a base BS place a versatile main mold inside, respectively. A pair of insert dies FINS and MINS is carried in to a mold opened space without disturbing tie bars TBU or TBD located in an upper portion or a side portion. The pair of insert dies are separated and fastened to each of the versatile main mold. The die length becomes zero or very small when the moving die plate positions at a mold closing position, and as the result dimension of the mold clamping apparatus in the direction of mold opening and closing can be shortened. Also, particularly the moving die plate can be avoided to tilt.
