    摘要: In a brake control system, a power supply portion supplies a voltage to a plurality of actuators. When a first actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a first minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the first actuator operates to perform a first function. When a second actuator is supplied with a voltage equal to or higher than a second minimum operating voltage from the power supply portion, the second actuator performs a second function. The first minimum operating voltage and the second minimum operating voltage are set to be different from each other by a predetermined value so that the first actuator and the second actuator stop operating in a predetermined sequence with a decrease in the supplied voltage.

    摘要: A brake controller is provided that includes a braking force application mechanism that presses a friction member against a braked member so as to apply a braking force to a wheel of a vehicle; and a control unit. The control unit calculates an index, which indicates a difference between an expected braking effectiveness and an actual braking effectiveness, corrects a target value, which is set to control a pressing force of the friction member, in accordance with the index to reduce a variation in a braking effectiveness of the vehicle. The control unit further sets a variation range in accordance with a factor that causes the difference. The variation range limits a variation in a correction amount to correct the target value.

    摘要: A brake control system includes a wheel cylinder, a brake pedal, a master cylinder in which communication between it and an external master cylinder reservoir is cut off when the operating amount of the brake pedal is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, an internal reservoir, and a pump which selectively discharges hydraulic fluid in two directions, one being a direction that increases the hydraulic pressure in the wheel cylinder by drawing up hydraulic fluid from the internal reservoir, and the other being a direction that stores hydraulic fluid in the internal reservoir. The pump is driven to discharge hydraulic fluid in the direction that stores hydraulic fluid when communication is open between the master cylinder and the master cylinder reservoir, and driven to discharge hydraulic fluid in the direction that increases the hydraulic pressure when communication is cut off between the master cylinder and the master cylinder reservoir. A further invention is directed to a brake control method.

A seesaw key (10) is arranged on the surface of the key rubber (8) for depressing the seesaw switch unit (4). The seesaw switch unit (4) comprises a base plate, a dome sheet provided on a base plate having a plurality of dome portions, and a pivotally movable member 6 provided over the dome sheet to depress selectively each dome portion. The depression of the pivotally movable member 6 causes a dome portion to be elastically restorably invertable, to have a contact terminal formed on an inner surface of the dome portion into contact with a contact electrode formed on a surface of the base plate, closing contacts. With the key input device, the device can be made thinner, and the complete waterproof can be achieved with reduced number of components.

    摘要: A plate temperature and an emissivity are determined at the outlet of an insulated heated zone, and compensations are established which reduce deviations between the respective measured values and the respective target values. A heat input is compensated for in accordance with the greater one of the compensations relating to the plate temperature and the emissivity, respectively. For a U-pattern material, .DELTA.Q is previously added to the heat input for the leading and the trailing end portion of the material. The band steel is irradiated by laser radiation at the outlet of the heating zone in order to detect the degree of alloying on the basis of the intensity of reflected radiation. When an unalloyed surface is detected, a target value of the heat input is modified. ITV camera is used to determine the optical reflectivity of the surface of the band steel at the outlet of a cooling zone in order to detect the degree of alloying. After the process has been stabilized, the heat input is gradually decremented, and when any slight insufficiency in the degree of alloying is detected, a fixed compensation is added to the heat input under that condition, subsequently ceasing to update the heat input.

    摘要: A master cylinder generates master cylinder pressures in response to a brake operation by a driver on a brake pedal. A power hydraulic pressure generation device includes a pressure pump and an accumulator, and the accumulator accumulates an accumulator pressure increased by the pressure pump. A hydraulic pressure control valve device includes holding valves, pressure decreasing valves, and master cut valves for carrying out transmission of the master cylinder pressures from the master cylinder or the accumulator pressure from the accumulator. A stroke simulator is connected to a master pressure pipe via a simulator cut valve. The normally-open master cut valves and the normally-closed simulator cut valve for carrying out transmission of the master cylinder pressures mechanically generated by the master cylinder are backed up with backup electric power so that the operations continue even in the event of a change in state of electric power supply.
