摘要: Provided is a medical knife which makes it possible to maintain low penetration resistance, without the maximum-width parts of the medical knife creating sudden changes in penetration resistance even when passing through tissue. A knife comprises: a pointed tip; a cutting part which has edges consisting of first oblique faces which are formed along the outer periphery and second oblique faces which are formed inside the first oblique faces; maximum-width parts; and a shank part which is formed contiguously with the maximum-width parts. The cutting part is formed in such a way that the shape of the planar projection thereof becomes wider from the pointed tip towards the maximum-width parts, and the first oblique faces extend further towards the shank part side than the second oblique faces over at least one portion of the area running from the maximum-width parts to the shank part.

摘要: A pseudo task generation requester 200 generates a request for generating a pseudo task 283 indicating that a certain one of CPUs is in an use state, and notifies a second OS 125 of the generation request, in the case where a task to be processed by a first virtual machine 110 is assigned to the one CPU, but a task to be processed by a second virtual machine 120 is not assigned to the one CPU. A pseudo task finishing requester 206 finishes the pseudo task 283 when a task in the first virtual machine 110 is finished with respect to the CPU to which the pseudo task 283 is assigned.

摘要: A virtual machine system comprises: a processor for executing a secure operating system and a normal operating system; and a cache memory. The cache memory stores data in a manner that allows for identification of whether the data has been read from a secure storage area of an external main memory. The cache memory writes back data to the main memory in a manner that reduces the number of times data is intermittently written back to the secure storage area which occurs when the processor is executing the normal operating system.

摘要: When a predetermined application program becomes the target of execution on a virtual machine that is currently being executed, the virtual machine that is currently being executed is designated as a parent virtual machine, and a child virtual machine to execute the predetermined application program is generated by forking. The generated child virtual machine is configured not to execute any application program other than the predetermined application program. The parent virtual machine executes a dummy application program instead of the predetermined application program.

摘要: A multicolor image forming apparatus includes: a photosensitive belt unit comprising; a driving roller; a driven roller; a photosensitive belt having a joint, and a charger charging a surface of the photosensitive belt; an exposure device forming an electrostatic latent image, based on image information of each color, on the photosensitive belt; a plurality of developing devices storing different color developers, and an intermediate transfer unit performing a first transfer by sequentially superimposing each color developer image formed on the photosensitive belt. The photosensitive belt is suspended around the driving roller and the driven roller and is rotated and driven by the driving roller. Each developing device contacts and retracts from the photosensitive belt so as to develop the electrostatic latent image into a visible image using each color developer. At least one developing device can retract from the photosensitive belt at a region other than an image region.

摘要: [Problems] To prevent a shearing force from acting on a suture thread when it is inserted into a stop hole formed in the proximal end face of a medical suture needle and caulked.[Means for Solving Problems] A caulking device (A) for bonding a medical suture thread inserted into a stop hole formed in the proximal end face of a medical suture needle by caulking the proximal end portion comprises a caulking die (B) consisting of a fixed die (1) and a moving die (2) which moves away from or toward the fixed die (1), and a thread guide (C) arranged closely to the edge of the stop hole formed in the proximal end face of an eyeless needle held by the caulking die (B) and having a surface for guiding the suture thread to the stop hole. The thread guide (C) is arranged such that an external force does not act on the suture thread on the outside of the stop hole formed in the eyeless needle as caulking operation progresses when the proximal end face of the eyeless needle is caulked by the caulking die (B), or arranged to move in the direction in which an external force does not act.

摘要: The present invention aims to easily detect incorrect accesses caused by the simultaneous operation of a plurality of circuits and to reduce the time and developing costs required for analyses to specify the incorrect accesses. First and second access order storages prestore access order information representing correct access orders of data to be inputted to and outputted from first and second simulation circuits. First and second access monitors obtain information on the input and output of data to and from the first and second simulation circuits as access information, and judge whether or not an order of obtaining the access information is correct based on the access order information stored in the first and second access order storages. A warning notifier notifies a warning to the user if the order of obtaining the access information is judged to be incorrect.

摘要: A work 10 made of a hard wire rod of austenitic-stainless steel is pressed at a rolling reduction of 60% or greater, into a paddle-shaped end 10b, and then subjected to work hardening, making the hardness of the end 10b 550 Hv or greater. Afterwards, the paddle-shaped end 10b is cut through machining, forming a main body 10c of a medical knife and cutting blades 10d. As a result, a medical knife, which is easily fabricated, is corrosion resistant, has sufficient hardness and sharpness, high toughness preventing cracks, can be provided.
