摘要: A cassette type gas cylinder, containing liquefied fuel gas, for giving an alarm when the volume of remaining fuel is reduced to a predetermined level or less in order to provide an advanced notice of replacement of the gas cylinder with a simple structure using burst energy of discharged gas. A valve 12 for opening and closing the discharge of liquefied gas is arranged at the center on one end of a container body 11a. A gas flow channel 17, with one end thereof opened into a gas space formed above the level of the fuel when the gas cylinder is laid horizontally, is connected to the valve 12. A vibrating member 27, for producing a sound when vibrated and caused to collide with a body by the burst of the fuel gas, is disposed in the gas flow channel 17. This vibrating member 27 is connected to a damping member 38 by means of a coupling member 29. The damping member 38 is located below a predetermined level of the liquefied fuel gas, and is subjected to resistance while moving in the liquefied fuel gas. The damping member 38 suppresses the production of a collision sound made by the vibrating member 27 by providing the vibrating member 27 with resistance when the level of the liquefied fuel is above the predetermined level, but does not suppress the production of the collision sound when the level of the liquefied fuel is below the predetermined level, thereby giving an alarm indicating the reduction of remaining fuel.

摘要: A fuel-cell connector for releasable connection to a fuel cartridge has a cartridge-side connection element with a cartridge-side valve that opens or closes a fuel-supply opening. A connector-side valve opens and closes a fuel-receiving opening and moves, during the first insertion stage, with the cartridge-side valve and a resilient element for resisting movement in the insertion direction of a connector body unit into which the cartridge-side connection element is telescopically inserted. The connector body unit has on its outer periphery engagement means for engaging a cartridge-side connection element and a stationary mechanism part for attachment to the fuel-cell-using device. In the second insertion step, the connector body unit moves as a single unit with the cartridge-side connection element, while the fuel-receiving and fuel-supply openings are maintained in close proximity so the engagement means engages the cartridge-side connection element, whereby the fuel cartridge connects and is fixed in the connected position.

摘要: A blow molding device capable of securely holding a built-in part in a prescribed position in an interior of a blow molded article with a compact equipment. The blow molding device includes a blow mold and a built-in part holding unit. The built-in part holding unit includes a holding rod adapted to hold the built-in part and arranged to freely advance and retreat to be removed from the blow mold. The blow mold includes a slide core in each of two mold members so as to freely advance and retreat relative to a cavity of the blow mold, and a drive control pin in each of mating faces of split two mold members, and the drive control pin and the slide core are linked with a linking member. The slide core is driven with the drive control pin such that when the blow mold is closed, the slide core retreats from an interior of the cavity to a molding surface defining the same at the same speed as the closing speed of the blow mold.

摘要: The present invention discloses a pressure regulator comprising: a housing having an inlet opening for the supply of pressurized fluid under primary pressure from a pressurized fluid source and an outlet opening for discharging the pressurized fluid under a secondary reduced pressure, a channel between the aforementioned inlet opening and outlet opening; and a pressure-regulating mechanism for reducing the aforementioned primary pressure to the aforementioned secondary pressure. The pressure regulator's pressure-regulating mechanism has a movable body that comprises a diaphragm which is displaceable in response to pressure fluctuations, the inlet opening and the movable body being in line with each other in the direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of the diaphragm displacement. The present invention is reduces the dimensions while extending the service life of a pressure regulator intended for decrease of fluid pressure even when the pressure regulator operates with fluids such as high-pressure gas with corrosive properties.

摘要: A main valve reduces an unregulated pressure of a high-pressure gas to a regulated pressure by being interlocked with a diaphragm, which receives the regulated pressure within a pressure regulating chamber and is displaced. A subsidiary valve is interlocked with the main valve through a plunger and reduces the unregulated pressure of the high-pressure gas to the regulated pressure. The subsidiary valve is located such that the force, which accompanies a pressure loss occurring at the subsidiary valve and which the subsidiary valve receives, cancels the force, which accompanies the pressure loss occurring at the main valve and acts upon the plunger. An adjustor adjusts a pressure loss value occurring at the subsidiary valve so as to be equal to the pressure loss value occurring at the main valve.

A supply connecting tool (3) supplying a pressurized fluid to a body part (11) with the built-in pressure regulating mechanism (5) is connected to the connector (2) to secure excellent pressure regulating function by preventing the pressure regulating function from being affected by the connecting operation of the connecting tool and supply a fluid to stop the reverse flow of fluid caused by the attaching/detaching operations of the connecting tool. The connector (2) comprises a link member (544) openably operating a valve mechanism (6) according to the connecting operation of the supply connecting tool (3). The pressure regulating mechanism (5) comprises a pressure regulating valve (55) operated according to the deviation of a diaphragm (52) to regulate the pressurized fluid to a secondary pressure. The link member (544) is formed separately from the pressure regulating valve (55). Two reverse flow prevention valves (56) and (57) stopping the reverse flow of fluid are installed on the inside and outside of the pressure regulating valve (55).

摘要: In a combustion appliance provided with a combustion wick for sucking up a liquid fuel by the utilization of capillarity and burning it, functions for automatically extinguishing the fire after the combustion has been carried out for a predetermined length of time are constituted with a simple mechanism. The combustion wick (6), which comprises a sucking section for sucking up a liquid fuel by the utilization of capillarity and a burning section for burning the sucked-up liquid fuel, is divided at an intermediate position into a burning section side subdivision (6A) and a sucking section side subdivision (6B). The combustion wick (6) is located such that at least either one of the subdivisions can be moved in a direction that comes into contact with the other and in a direction that separates from the other. The fuel is fed from the sucking section side subdivision (6B) to the burning section side subdivision (6A) when they are brought into contact with each other. The feeding of the fuel is blocked when the subdivisions are separated from each other, and a combustion time is thereby limited.

摘要: A gas cylinder joined to a gas appliance. Based on the knowledge that a resonance frequency of cassette type gas cylinder does not vary with a residual quantity of gas therein a transmitter and a receiver are placed in positions opposed to a weld zone of the trunk portion of the gas cylinder and which permits an output voltage of the receiver with respect to a residual quantity of the gas to be detected at a specific resonance frequency of the gas cylinder. The resonance frequency is not lower than a predetermined level, the residual quantity of a liquefied gas in the cylinder being detected by transmitting the specific resonance frequency signal from the transmitter and detecting a reception output of not lower than a predetermined level by the receiver. This enables a residual quantity of the gas in the liquefied gas containing cassette type gas cylinder to be detected reliably from the outside.

摘要: Disclosed is a pattern recognition system in which a memory stores four kinds of data including initial binary image data from which a specific pattern as an object of identification is extracted, logical operation designation data, e.g., shift vector data, for prescribing the operational sequence and type of logical operation for the recognition of the initial binary image data, partial pattern location binary image data indicative of the existing positions, in the initial binary image data, of partial patterns divided from the specific pattern, and pattern location binary image data indicative of the position of the specific pattern existing in the initial binary image data, a raster arithmetic operation unit implements a raster operation between two binary image data by taking out corresponding bit regions from the data in accordance with the logical operation designation data and stores the logical operation result of each bit region in the memory, and a transforming or processing unit controls the raster operation unit in carrying out the raster operation based on the partial pattern location binary image data in accordance with the operational sequence and type of logical operation prescribed by the logical operation designation data; thereby accomplishing a fast transformation process for the initial binary image data to the pattern location binary image data.
