    摘要: A moving member that causes a take-up shaft to rotate is prevented from passing through a limit position. In a webbing take-up device, a piston rises when a vehicle disposed with the webbing-take device experiences an emergency situation, whereby a pinion, a clutch plate, a lock gear, a torsion shaft and a spool are rotated, and a webbing is taken up. Thus, a flange of the piston abuts against a piston stopper fixed to a frame, and the rising energy of the piston is absorbed. Moreover, an upper end of the piston abuts against an inhibitor portion of a cover plate disposed at a limit position, and the rising of the piston is inhibited. Thus, the upper end of the piston causing the pinion to rotate can be reliably prevented from passing through the limit position.

    摘要: In a sensor chip for a fluid flow sensor, a thin film portion is formed above a hollow cavity portion while leaving thin film layers formed on the surface of a substrate. A conductor is provided on the inner wall face of a through hole formed to penetrate the substrate to thereby electrically connect a detecting portion constituted by a conductor film in the thin film layers and a substrate conductor portion formed on the rear face side of the through hole. The surface of a circuit board is formed with a control circuit and a base conductor portion electrically connected to the control circuit. The sensor chip and the circuit board are layered and the substrate conductor portion and the base conductor portion are electrically connected.

    摘要: A semiconductor physical quantity sensor includes a substrate, a beam-structure movable portion and a fixed portion. The beam-structure movable portion is suspended by four anchors formed of polycrystalline films. A rectangular mass is suspended between beams. Movable electrodes project from both sides of the mass. First fixed electrodes and second fixed electrodes are fixedly provided on the surface of the substrate. The substrate has a laminated structure, wherein an oxide film, attaching film, insulating films, conductive film and insulating film are laminated on the substrate. An anchor formed from the conductive film is electrically connected to the attaching film. An electrode pad made of an aluminum film is provided the above the anchor. Because this structure enables the potential of the attaching film to be fixed, parasitic capacitance can be decreased.

    摘要: A structure for supporting a slip joint in which the slip joint serves to support a vehicle webbing in such a manner that the webbing is movable in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle and is pivotally supported by a support member attached to a vehicle body, so that an extension of a line running in a direction of a resultant force of a webbing takeup force and a webbing pulling-out force passes through the portion where the slip joint is pivotally supported by the support member. The moment which is produced by the resultant force and which acts on the slip joint is therefore eliminated or reduced.

    摘要: In a webbing retractor used for a seatbelt system protecting an occupant in an emergency situation of a vehicle, a locking wheel is rotated, following a rotation of a webbing takeup shaft, and a locking means prevents the takeup shaft from webbing-unwinding rotation when lag in rotation of the locking wheel occurs relative to the takeup shaft in the emergency situation of the vehicle. Opposed to the locking wheel is a control means which can be biased selectively in either direction of approach to the locking wheel or direction of separation therefrom in accordance with a webbing-winding amount and a webbing-unwinding amount.Accordingly, the webbing retractor can be used properly as an Automatic Locking Retractor and an Emergency Locking Retractor at need.
