A method is described for reporting CSI by UE, including: UE determining a CSI reference resource and reporting CSI on the CSI reference resource, herein the CSI reference resource is one or more subframes in a time domain and one or more narrowbands in a frequency domain. Also described is a method for triggering UE to report CSI, including: a network side sending the following contents to UE: a reference signal, related resource information about periodically reporting and/or related resource information about triggering report.

A method and apparatus for transmitting a random access response are described. The method includes a node of a first type sending indication information of a random access response of a node of a third type through a downlink channel, wherein the indication information includes at least one of indication information of a set to which the node of the third type belongs, and resource position indication information of the random access response of the node of the third type, wherein the node of the third type is node of a second type in one or more sets P(j), 0≦j≦J−1, and J is a positive integer equal to or greater than 1.

Provided are a method, apparatus and system for transmitting and receiving control information. The method for transmitting control information includes that: a base station determines, according to predefined information, resources used for repeatedly sending control information, wherein the predefined information at least includes one of: a start sub-frame k0, a System Frame Number (SFN), a repetition number or a repetition level N and a User Equipment (UE) Identity (ID); and the base station repeatedly sends the control information on the resources.

Disclosed is a system information transmitting method, including: in one modification period, determining a frequency domain location for transmitting a coverage enhancement system message and time domain locations for periodically transmitting a coverage enhancement system message; a base station periodically transmitting the coverage enhancement system message; and the determined frequency domain location and the time domain locations for periodically transmitting are different from the re-transmission locations of main information block (MIB) information. Also disclosed are a receiving method corresponding to the transmitting method, as well as devices corresponding to the transmitting and receiving methods. The method and device of the embodiment of the present document is used to determine the time domain and frequency domain locations of the system message, thus avoiding the problem that an LTE network can't be accessed due to an address conflict caused by periodically transmitting system information for a plurality of times

A method and system for configuring random access channel resources are disclosed, which relates to the field of communication and solves the problem of access of the MTC UE in LTE/LET-A systems. The method includes: first nodes sending random access channel resource configuration information to second nodes, wherein the random access channel resource configuration information is indicated by one or a plurality of pieces of random access channel configuration information. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to LTE/LTE-A networks, thereby implementing the random access channel resource configuration of the MTC UE in the LTE/LTE-A systems.

The present document provides a method for transmitting control channels, method for processing transmission, communication node and terminal. The method for transmitting control channels includes: determining resources for transmitting the control channels according to predefined information and transmitting repeatedly the control channels multiple times on the determined resources for transmitting the control channels, the predefined information including at least one of following information: the number of repetitions of the control channels, control channel type, traffic channel type and traffic channel starting position.

In one aspect, a wireless method may include measuring, by a wireless communication device, a current timing difference between a first time unit used in a first cell and a second time unit used in a second cell. The configuration can indicate a time-frequency domain pattern of the flexible subband resources, the flexible subband resources comprising frequency domain resources in a plurality of symbols of at least one type of symbols.

Methods, apparatus, and systems that facilitate the indication of the codebook to be transmitted/retransmitted are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes transmitting, by a base station, a physical-layer control signaling message to a user device triggering a retransmission of a codebook for a feedback transmission that has been previously canceled. The physical-layer control signaling message includes a field of resource assignment that is used to indicate an attribute associated with the codebook. The method also includes receiving, by the base station, the retransmission of the codebook from the user device according to the physical-layer control signaling message.
