Disclosed is a method for configuring a channel state information (CSI) feedback. The method comprises: configuring multiple sets of CIS processes for a terminal, where each CSI process comprises at least information on a channel measurement part and information on an interference measurement, where the information on the channel measurement part comprises one or multiple sets of nonzero power CSI reference signal configuration or indication information, and where the information on the interference measurement part comprises at least one type of information among the following: one or multiple sets of interference measurement resource configuration information or indication information, one or multiple sets of nonzero power CSI reference signal configuration information for use in interference measurement compensation. Also disclosed are a method for measurement and feedback based on the method, and a corresponding device for implementing the method. The present invention implements unified configuration and reception of the CSI feedback for a base station-side and a terminal-side, and is capable of flexibly implementing CSI configuration and feedback.

The embodiments of the present invention disclose an uplink power control method, a terminal and a base station, which can adjust or determine uplink transmission power of a terminal on subframes which belong to different subframe groups respectively. The method includes: a base station determining subframe group information, the subframe group information being used by a terminal to determine uplink transmission power adjustment amounts on subframes which belong to different subframe groups; and the base station transmitting the subframe group information to the terminal. A terminal determines uplink transmission power adjustment amounts on subframes which belong to different subframe groups, and determines uplink transmission power on corresponding subframes according to the determined uplink transmission power adjustment amounts on the subframes which belong to the different subframe groups.

Provided is a vector selection modulation-based multi-antenna transmission method, including: for a group of data to be transmitted, using part of bit information in the group of data to select a weight corresponding to the group of data from K preconfigured weights; and performing constellation mapping modulation on residual bit information in the group of data, and using the selected weight corresponding to the group of data to weight the group of data after the constellation mapping modulation, wherein, the K is a natural number. Based on the method of the present document, the spectrum efficiency of the system can be greatly improved under the condition without adding a transmission antenna.

Provided are a downlink data rate-matching method and device, the method including: a UE acquiring one of the following information: one or more sets of rate-matching resource indication information configured by a base station and used for instructing the UE to perform rate-matching, one or more sets of rate-matching resource indication information and combined rate-matching resource indication information, and rate-matching resource indication information of a serving cell of the UE acquired when the UE accesses a network; the UE determining a DCI Format corresponding to downlink grant indication information in a subframe of downlink control information transmitted by the base station; and the UE determining rate-matching resource information corresponding to the DCI Format and used for rate-matching according to the DCI Format and a preset corresponding relationship, and conducting downlink data rate-matching according to the rate-matching resource information. The solution improves rate-matching accuracy.

A method, system and apparatus for notifying and determining an antenna port location relationship are disclosed. A network side configures an indication signaling of a CSI-RS referenced by a DMRS, and/or a first enabling indication signaling used for indicating whether the indication signaling of the CSI-RS referenced by the DMRS is enabled; or the network side further configures an indication signaling of a CRS referenced by each set of CSI-RSs which are quasi-co-located, and/or a second enabling indication signaling used for indicating whether the indication signaling of the CRS referenced by each set of CSI-RSs which are quasi-co-located is enabled. In the above scheme, a terminal is enabled to determine a reference signal port referenced in time-frequency synchronization, thereby providing a time-frequency synchronization precision.
