    Abstract: A dispersive supply device includes a dispersion portion configured to disperse articles supplied from above toward a periphery, a plurality of conveying portions radially arrayed around the dispersion portion and configured to further convey the articles supplied from the dispersion portion in radial directions, and a plurality of block bodies arranged between the adjacent conveying portions. The block bodies include a first block body configured to restrict the articles supplied from the dispersion portion from entering a portion between the conveying portions, and a second block body configured to allow the articles supplied from the dispersion portion to enter the portion between the conveying portions. The first block body and the second block body are arranged alternately, or at intervals of the block bodies.

    Abstract: A bag making and packaging machine has pull-down belt mechanisms, a transverse sealing mechanism, a rotatable folding member, and a gas blowing mechanism. The folding member, before the transverse sealing mechanism, seals a cylindrical film, pushes against a side portion of the cylindrical film to thereby fold the cylindrical film inward and form a fold in the cylindrical film. The gas blowing mechanism blows a gas onto the fold to thereby inhibit the cylindrical film from sticking to the rotating folding member.

    Abstract: A package accumulating device is disclosed. The device conveys bag packages to a predetermined position while performing an accumulating operation that aligns the packages such that parts of each of the packages lie on top of parts of adjacent packages in a thickness direction. The device includes first and second conveyors, and a control unit. The first conveyor performs the accumulating operation. The second conveyor conveys a group of the packages aligned by the first conveyor. The control unit performs switching between a first state where a downstream end of the first conveyor and an upstream end of the second conveyor oppose each other when the second conveyor accepts the group of the packages from the first conveyor and a second state where a position of the upstream end of the second conveyor is lower than in the first state with respect to the downstream end of the first conveyor.

    Abstract: An inspection and sorting system sorts conveyed articles. The system is provided with a conveyance device, an X-ray inspection device, and a sorting device. The conveyance device conveys inspection articles. The X-ray inspection device inspects the conveyed inspection articles. The sorting device has an air sorting mechanism that sorts the conveyed inspection articles in a sorting operation. The sorting device has a sorting information receiving component, a reference signal receiving component, and a sorting mechanism control component. The sorting information receiving component receives sorting information relating to the sorting of the inspection articles based on an inspection result of the X-ray inspection device. The reference signal receiving component receives a fixed-interval reference signal relating to the conveyance by the conveyance device. The sorting mechanism control component controls the air sorting mechanism to execute the sorting operation based on the sorting information at a timing adjusted by the reference signal.

    Abstract: An article rejecting system includes: a conveyance unit that conveys an article along a conveying direction; a detection unit that detects the article which is conveyed by the conveyance unit; a rejecting unit that is provided on a downstream side of the detection unit in the conveying direction and performs a rejecting motion for rejecting the article which is conveyed by the conveyance unit; a control unit that controls the rejecting unit such that the rejecting motion is performed at a predetermined automatic timing when the detection unit detects the article; and an input unit that accepts input of a manual operation for causing the rejecting unit to perform the rejecting motion at a manual timing. The control unit sets the automatic timing based on the manual timing, if the input unit accepts the input of the manual operation when the detection unit detects the article.

The extraction part 20 moves the box sheet S in the upright direction UR by a second dimension H2 shorter than the first dimension H1.
