Abstract:
In response to changes in an input binary digital signal, a 3rd order cosine pulse waveform, which, when it is changed in the increasing direction, has null0null level in a first period of T/12 (T corresponding to one-half cycle of the binary digital signal), is changed as a waveform of (h/2)(1nullcos (3nullt/T)nullnull/4) in the next period of 4T/12 (null5T/12nulltnullnullT/12) and has an h (constant) level in the remaining period of T/12, and when it is changed in the reducing direction, has the h level in the first period of T/12, is changed as a waveform of (h/2)(1nullcos(3nullt/T)nullnull/4) in the next period of 4T/12 (T/12nulltnull5T/12) and also has null0null level in the remaining period of T/12. By using this pulse wave, a flat part is generated in a time width of T/12 with respect to a judgment point. It is thus possible to improve the immunity to the effects of digital signal jitter, obtain change judgment with a sole single pulse and reduce the circuit scale and the power consumption.
Abstract:
A tape sticking apparatus includes a rubber sheet that partitions an airtight space formed above a chamber into first and second airtight spaces and, a tape frame that holds a tape above the rubber sheet, and a supply/exhaust mechanism that switches between pressurizing and depressurizing by supplying gas to or sucking gas from the first and second airtight spaces. The gas supply/exhaust mechanism includes a first flow-rate control valve that controls the flow rate of sucked gas when the first airtight space is depressurized, and a second flow-rate control valve that controls the flow rate of supplied when the first airtight space is pressurized.

Abstract:
A power storage device including a battery containing body and a chassis for housing the body, further including a first guide rail for receiving a first end portion on a lower side of the body and a second guide rail for receiving a second end portion on an upper side of the body, when inserting and removing the flat battery containing body upright, wherein the first guide rail includes a pair of a higher side plate and a lower side plate which are different in height from each other and extend in an insertion direction, and a receiving portion including a stopper at an end portion of the rail; at a vicinity of a corner portion on a back side in the insertion direction of the first end portion of the battery containing body, a first protrusion portion is provided such that, when removing the battery containing body, the first protrusion portion engages with the stopper, thereby preventing the battery containing body from dropping; and at a vicinity of a corner portion on the back side in the insertion direction of the second end portion of the battery containing body, a second protrusion portion is provided such that, when the battery containing body is turned upside down, an attempt to insert the battery containing body with the first end portion received by the second guide rail and the second end portion received by the first guide rail is made, the second protrusion portion engages with the higher side plate, thereby blocking the insertion, and when an attempt to remove the battery containing body from the receiving portion is made, the second protrusion portion engages with the stopper, thereby preventing it from dropping.
Abstract:
An image reading apparatus includes: a moving body on which a catch receiving portion is formed and which is movable in a predetermined direction; a fixing body on which a catching portion is formed to catch the catch receiving portion, and which is movable in a direction substantially orthogonal to the predetermined direction; a first position retaining portion for engaging a projected portion, formed on either one of a housing and the fixing body, with a first recessed portion formed on the other so that the fixing body can be retained in a position in which the catching portion catches the catch receiving portion; and a second position retaining portion for engaging the projected portion with a second recessed portion, formed on either the housing or the fixing body on which the first recessed portion is formed.
Abstract:
A TV conference apparatus includes a main body, a plurality of monitors, arms for connecting the monitors to the main body such that they are free to turn about a vertical axis, and a camera disposed to an upper portion of the main body to pick up an image of an entire circumference. The plurality of monitors and the camera are disposed integrally with the main body. The TV conference apparatus can switch a first state, in which the plurality of monitors are disposed forward of the main body in line with each other, with a second state, in which the plurality of monitors are disposed sideward of the main body.
Abstract:
To provide an installation structure and an installation method of a communication equipment to reduce a number of components of the equipment and make the installation work easy. A communication equipment and an installation structure of the communication equipment to be installed, e.g., outdoors is provided. A handle for carrying the communication equipment also serves as a fixation component of the communication equipment. A method for installation of a communication equipment comprises providing an inclined portion formed at a part of bottom surface of a communication equipment and keeping the communication equipment in a forward-inclined position temporarily with the assistance of the inclined shape portion when the communication equipment is set on a fixation mount to fix the communication equipment preparatory to installation.
Abstract:
An angle adjustment device, include a fixed portion; a movable portion; a connection portion which rotatably connects the movable portion to the fixed portion; and an elastic member which is arranged between the movable portion and the fixed portion and restricts rotational movement of the movable portion with kinetic friction generated between the movable portion and the fixed portion.
Abstract:
An optical device equipped with a mirror which reflects light, include a plurality of first receiving parts that touch one face of one of ends in a lengthwise direction of the mirror; a plurality of first pressing parts that touch a face opposing to the face to which the first receiving parts touch, and press the mirror with elastic force toward the first receiving parts.
Abstract:
The filter has a switch function of selectively transmitting a transmission signal through one of first and second branch waveguides branching from a primary waveguide. The filter includes resonators disposed in the first and second branch waveguides. The resonator includes a space formed inside a metal cover, a central conductor disposed inside the space, and a short-circuiting plate. The central conductor has one end grounded to an outer conductor. The short-circuiting plate allows the neighborhood of an open end of the central conductor to be selectively conducted to the outer conductor. The filter performs a selection from the first and second branch waveguides by switching electrical conductivity in a region between the neighborhood of the open end of the central conductor and the outer conductor.
