Abstract:
A fluid dispensing apparatus includes a fluid reservoir and a dispensing assembly. The dispensing assembly includes a housing and a deformable member that define a metering chamber that is configured to receive a predetermined volume of fluid from the fluid reservoir. The deformable member is deformed from a rest position to an eject position and the deformation causes the volume of the metering chamber to change which results in a change in fluid pressure within the metering chamber. An increase in the fluid pressure within metering chamber causes a predetermined volume of fluid within the metering chamber to be ejected and a decrease in the fluid pressure within the metering chamber causes fluid to be drawn into the metering chamber from the reservoir.
Abstract:
A trigger dispenser (1) for liquids comprises a suction valve (30) having a diaphragm (32) abutting against the bottom wall (106) of the pumping chamber (4). The suction valve (30) comprises a stem (40) extending along a suction valve axis (Y), which crosses the bottom wall (10b), snap-coupling with it.
Abstract:
A trigger sprayer having a valve body configured to accept a discharge valve for a pre-compression configuration or a valve and plug combination for a non-pre-compression configuration where the discharge valve may include a frame and valve which may be bi-injected or assembled to provide a pre-compression valve for the trigger sprayer.
Abstract:
The invention is a pump for dispensing liquid or semi-liquid product, designed and intended to be used in particular in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic field. The pump has a needle valve and a dispensing head manually movable on a pump housing between an inactive position and a dispensing position. The head includes a first cylinder forming a metering chamber for the pump, which draws in fluid from a container's reservoir by an intake tube and a check valve. A piston sealingly secured to the metering chamber pushes fluid through a passage into a second dosage chamber that is sealed from the dispensing orifice by a biased needle valve that is biased by a spring that is sealingly isolated from the second dosage chamber, the chamber that holds the elastic spring has a conduit that allows a user to test and verify that the second dosage chamber does not leak.
Abstract:
A liquid dispenser device for being associated with a liquid reservoir, said device comprising: a chamber (10) provided with an inlet valve (5, 15), an outlet valve (27, 32), and a piston (3) that is suitable for varying the volume of the chamber (10); a liquid dispenser orifice (25); and a pusher (2) that is axially displaceable down and up between a rest position and a depressed position; the dispenser device being characterized in that the piston (3) includes an elastically-deformable portion (31) that is deformed by the pusher (2) in its depressed position, in such a manner as to open the outlet valve.
Abstract:
When first and second ignition switches are turned from on to off, a first or second CPU determines whether an abnormality has occurred in an electronically controlled brake system. When the first or second CPU determines that an abnormality has occurred, the first and second CPUs immediately turn off first and second main relays, respectively. When both the first and second CPUs determine that operation is normal and an occupant detection switch is off, the first and second CPUs keep the first and second main relays on for a predetermined period of time as a self-maintaining process during normal operation. In this self-maintaining process during normal operation, the period during which the first and second main relays are kept on is changed according to the voltage of a vehicle battery.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a dosing device that comprises a medium reservoir (S) and a pump device for dosing and dispensing a medium stored in said medium reservoir. The pump device is associated with a pump chamber, and with at least one inlet and one outlet valve. According to the invention, the inlet valve is configured as a sliding valve (10, 12) which, in its closed position, can be displaced by a dosing stroke that defines a dosing volume for the pump chamber (17). The invention further relates to the use of said dosing device for dispensing pharmaceutical active substances, especially for nasal administration.
Abstract:
A fluid dispenser device comprising a pump (50) and a dispensing head that comprises a body (1) defining a fluid discharge channel (2) ending in a dispensing orifice (3), a rigid insert (4) being disposed in said discharge channel (2), said rigid insert forming or being secured to the outlet valve of said pump, said fluid dispenser device being characterized in that said dispensing head further comprises a closure element (10) disposed in said discharge channel (2), said closure element (10) being mounted to move and/or to deform between a closure position in which it closes off the discharge channel (2) and a non-closure position in which it does not close off the discharge channel (2), said rigid insert (4) being mounted to move inside said discharge channel (2) between a rest position and an actuating position, said closure element (10) co-operating at one end with said rigid insert (4) and at the other end with said body (1) so that, when the insert (4) is in the rest position, the closure element (10) is in the closure position, and when the insert (4) is in the actuating position, the closure element (10) is moved and/or deformed into its non-closure position.
Abstract:
