    Abstract: The present disclosure is a sheet producing device for producing a multi-layer sheet by applying a coating material to a sheet material. The sheet producing device includes a radiation light source that emits radiation light, a division part that divides the radiation light into measurement light to be incident on the multi-layer sheet and reference light with which a reference surface is to be irradiated, and an optical member that emits the measurement light onto the multi-layer sheet and receives the measurement light reflected by the multi-layer sheet. An interference detector that detects interference light between the measurement light reflected by the multi-layer sheet and the reference light reflected by the reference surface, and a thickness calculator that calculates a thickness of the sheet material and a thickness of the coating material of the multi-layer sheet based on the detected interference light are further included. As a result, the tact time from the production of the multi-layer sheet to the calculation of the thickness can be shortened.

    Abstract: A wet granulator includes a material cylinder. A cylinder cover is rotatably arranged at an opening of the material cylinder, and a locking member is arranged on the cylinder cover. The locking member includes a locking housing, and the locking housing is provided with a first through groove. A locking pin slides in the first through groove, and the locking pin includes a middle rod and a contacting rod. A first end of the contacting rod is connected to a first end of the middle rod to form a contacting platform, and a second end of the contacting rod extends out of the first through groove. The first end of the middle rod is arranged in the first through groove, and a second end of the middle rod extends out of the first through groove. The second end of the middle rod is provided with a pin head.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a slot die coating device and a control method therefor. The slot die coating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a slot die for performing a coating process by coating a substrate with ink; an image capturing unit located adjacent to the slot die, and photographing a state of the slot die and a state of the ink coated on the substrate during the coating process; and a control unit for controlling an operation of the slot die according to a result of the comparison between an image captured by the image capturing unit and a reference image, wherein the slot die comprises: a first body having a cavity in which the ink supplied from the outside is accommodated; a second body arranged so as to be spaced apart from the first body; and a shim plate coupled between the first body and the second body, having an outlet communicating with the cavity so as to discharge the ink accommodated in the cavity, and having at least one protrusion part exposed to the outside of the first body and the second body, wherein the control unit sets the reference image on the basis of the at least one protrusion part and compares the image captured by the image capturing unit and the reference image.
