Abstract:
A pump for a free-flowing, in particular pasty or liquid, substance includes a support part, a pump element which has an elastically deformable membrane and can be pressed against the support part in opposition to a restoring force, and a pump chamber, disposed between the pump element and the support part, fluidly connected to an inlet valve and to an outlet aperture by an outlet valve, the outlet aperture passing through the membrane. On a side of the membrance which faces the pump chamber, a disk is provided, the disk together with the membrane forming the outlet valve, the disk being connected to the membrane so that in a closed position the membrane rests against the disk in an area enclosing the outlet aperture, and so that in an open position the membrane is arched upward partly away from the disk by a pressure exerted on it by the free-flowing substance, thereby forming an open connection between the outlet aperture and the pump chamber. The membrane is firmly connected to the disk in a connecting sector enclosing the outlet aperture of the membrane, at least around the major part of its circumference. The disk has at least one passage which connects the pump chamber to a surface area of the disk, which surface area is at least partially enclosed by the connecting sector and faces the membrane. The aperture of the at least one passage which terminates at the surface area of the disk is located a distance away from the outlet aperture in a plan view of the membrane.
Abstract:
A distributor for pasty products having a sliding piston and a distribution head. The distribution head has a tubular, deformable pumping member, an actuator acting on the pumping member and an expelling valve. An upper end of an upper tube of the pumping member forms an annual end edge. The expelling valve has a flexible disk with a periphery kept in engagement with the end edge of the tube by a central bearing member of the disk. The bearing member is connected to the actuator, the flexible disk and the end edge of the tube.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a dispenser for paste-like products of the type having a container containing a product and closed at one end by a slidable piston in sealing engagement with the inner wall surface thereof, the other end being provided with a head member carrying on applicator and forming a pump chamber the volume of which is variable by the exertion of exterior pressure, the pump chamber being closed towards said container by a first check valve adapted to open only towards the pump chamber, and towards the outlet of the applicator by a second check valve adapted to open only towards said outlet.
Abstract:
The vertical hollow sleeve of a pump has a bottom open end receiving the top open end of a container with fluid. A top section of the sleeve has a first vertical bore with a bottom surface communicating with the bottom thereof and contoured to receive a convex diaphram. A hollow vertical extension slidably disposed in the first bore has a second vertical bore with a top disposed first orifice. The tip of a vertical member slidably disposed in the first bore fits movably into the first orifice. A mechanism engaging the extension and bottom surface has a horizontal chamber which in vertical cross section has the shape of a horizontally elongated axis. The diaphram forms the top surface of the chamber. The bottom surface of the chamber is formed by the rigid top end of a vertical cylinder which has a third vertical bore receiving the member. The member has a fourth vertical bore which communicates with an enlarged hollow region in the chamber. Slits in the region interconnect the interiors of the region and chamber. A ball is disposed movably in the chamber. A spring loaded device is disposed in the cylinder and engages the member. The pump expels a metered amount of fluid at each stroke.
Abstract:
A container for a cream-type cosmetic. The container for a cream-type cosmetic is configured to allow a button part to, when a user presses the button part, move downward by an elastic force of the button part itself and then return to the original position thereof while changing the pressure inside a body of the container to discharge contents therefrom. Thus, the container can easily discharge contents having a high viscosity through a simple structure without a separate pumping member. Therefore, manufacturing costs can be reduced assembly time can be shortened.
Abstract:
A self-priming-pump-equipped packaging bottle includes a tubular bottle body containing therein an upper seal assembly, a lower seal assembly, and piston from top to bottom. The upper and lower seal assemblies and the tubular bottle body form a closed material-feeding chamber. The lower seal assembly, the piston, and the tubular bottle body form a closed material-storing chamber. The lower seal assembly primarily has a seal seat with a through hole and an elastic sealing gasket covering the through hole from above. The upper seal assembly has an umbrella-shaped member, a hollow material-feeding column, a support post, and an end sealing cap. The end sealing cap is fixed in the umbrella-shaped member through the support post. The hollow material-feeding column's bottom surface, the support post, and the end sealing cap form a material outlet. The umbrella-shaped member lower end is in interference fit with the seal seat.

A fluid reservoir including a neck defining a wide opening that is closed by a dish in stationary and leaktight engagement with the neck. The dish has a main body in engagement with the neck and a stopper that is mounted on the main body in removable manner, the stopper being movable between a closed initial position in which the stopper is mounted on the main body in leaktight manner, and an open final position in which a feed opening is formed between the main body and the stopper.
Abstract:
A device for packaging, dispensing and using fluid contents having a liquid to pasty consistency, includes: a container having, at its front portion, a downstream opening, an element for conveying the contents including an upstream opening, an axially extended passage and a front downstream opening for dispensing the contents, the passage being elastically deformable and capable of being in an idle state having a maximum interior volume or in a compressed state having a smaller interior volume, an upstream valve element, a downstream valve element, a front wall, wherein is situated the front downstream dispenser opening, a movable annular actuating element associated with the passage of the conveying element and consisting of an elastically deformable annular side wall, which limits the passage laterally and externally. The side wall is positioned on the outside and includes an outer side wall of the device, which is at least partially accessible for actuating.

Abstract:
A multiple dose syringe has a first valve defining a first valve opening pressure and a second valve defining a second valve opening pressure. A storage chamber in fluid communication with the second valve stores multiple doses of a substance therein and includes an outlet for dispensing multiple doses of the stored substance therethrough. A compression surface is movable between first and second positions and defines a compression chamber between the compression surface and the first valve. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the first position toward the second position dispenses substance in the compression chamber through the first valve and out of the syringe. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the second position toward the first position causes substance to flow from the storage chamber through the second valve and into the compression chamber.
