Abstract: Device for swivel holding of leaf flap which can swivel especially around a horizontal axis comprises a straight four-bar mechanism (8.1, 8.2, 10.1, 11.1) and elastic means (18) to damp the swivel motion. The elastic means have spring element (18) which is guided with its extensible part to move around anchoring element (7). Anchoring element (7) is for example a plastic ring which is inserted in hinged frame (1) of device. Its diameter corresponds to a multiple of a diameter of spring element (18). The entire device is preferably structured symmetrically with respect to the plane defined by the movement of four-bar mechanism (8.1, 9.1, 10.1, 11.1).

Abstract: An over-center, two-link hinge mechanism which can be made of simple off-the-shelf components has a hinged part pivotally mounted to a bar spaced apart from a frame. Two pivotally connected links connect the hinged part and the frame in front of the hinged part pivot point. A pre-tensioned volute spring connects an interlink pivot pin with the frame behind the hinged part pivot point. Two hinge mechanisms can be used back-to-back, in which case the pin connecting the link to the frame for one hinge can serve as an attachment point for the spring of the other hinge, and vice-versa.

Abstract: An appliance includes a hinge module between a main body and a pull-down door. The hinge module includes a housing, a rotational axis member disposed in the housing serving as a center of rotation between the pull-down door and the main body, an inner link housing movably disposed in the housing that moves with the opening of the pull-down door in a direction of the rotational axis member, and a damper installed in the inner link housing, the damper including a piston and a cylinder and providing damping force according to a relative movement of the piston and the cylinder. Any one of the piston and the cylinder of the damper moves with the inner link housing and the other of the piston and the cylinder of the damper moves by a predetermined distance as the inner link housing moves and then is interfered by the housing so as not to move further, and the piston and the cylinder of the damper starts damping, wherein the predetermined distance corresponds to an opening angle of the pull-down door in which the damping is started.

A median portion of the rocker arm (35) has a second mobile pin (41) for sliding in a second slot (43) of the first member (3), the second slot (43) being rectilinear, curved, or S or C shaped.
