    摘要: The present invention relates to a traction drive with a compensating device for vibration reduction of a driven shaft, for example a camshaft, a water pump shaft or an injection pump shaft of an internal combustion engine, having a drive wheel which is coupled to the shaft, having a drive means, and having at least one compensating mass which is relatively movable in the traction drive and having at least one actuating mechanism for moving the compensating mass. Here, the compensating mass is movable in or counter to the rotational direction of the shaft, and the actuating mechanism is formed as a tangentially acting actuator for moving the compensating mass. The invention also relates to a method for vibration reduction in a traction drive, having a driven shaft, a drive wheel and a drive means, wherein at least one actuating mechanism moves at least one compensating mass which is relatively movable in the traction drive, having the steps: activating the actuating mechanism, moving the compensating mass and generating a compensating torque at the driven shaft. In the case of a control drive with a camshaft adjusting system for the angular adjustment of the control time, the camshaft which is movable relative to the traction drive can simultaneously be used as a compensating mass for vibration reduction.

The active balancer has a balancer body which rotates with the rotating machine and at least one controllable position counter weight having a real-time adjustable position relative to the balancer body and the rotating machine inorder to produce an actively adjustable controllable counter weight balance force for dynamically balancing the rotating machine. The active balancer includes a spring with the balancer body mounted to the rotating machine through the spring wherein the balancer body mass resonates on the spring with a torsional vibration canceling frequency which cancels a torsional vibration of the rotating machine.

    摘要: The present invention provides an enhanced system and method for compensating for load imbalances of rotating members. An imbalance compensator may have a balancing ring wirelessly controlled by a ring controller. The balancing ring may have a housing containing a plurality of actuators configured to exert force against a compensation ring within the housing. The actuators may move the compensation ring with respect to the axis of rotation of the shaft in a direction substantially opposite the direction of the imbalance. The actuators may directly contact the compensation ring, or may exert the force through the use of mechanical transfer devices that provide a selected mechanical advantage. Alternatively, a chamber containing a magnetic fluid may be used to provide a counterbalancing mass. Particles within the magnetic fluid maybe concentrated opposite the imbalance direction through the use of electromagnets or permanent magnets mounted on movable carts. As another alternative, fluid maybe pumped between a plurality of chambers by one or more micropumps, with or without the use of valves to control the fluid flow.

    摘要: A substance mass measuring system is applied to a microgravitational rotating apparatus vibration control system to easily measure a mass of an object placed in an experimental box. Recess portions (10a, 10b) are provided in a casing (10). Both ends of a rotary shaft (30) are supported by bearings (11, 12) in the recess portions (10a, 10b). A lower end of the rotary shaft (30) is connected to a motor(13). Four arms (24 to 27), arranged horizontally in the direction of X and Y axes, are at their one ends fixed to the rotary shaft (30) and at the other ends fitted with experimental boxes (20 to 23). Experimental objects, such as plants or animals, are placed in the boxes (20 to 23) and rotated for experiments in the space. Vibration of the rotary shaft (30) and the boxes (20 to 23) is absorbed by the bearings (11, 12). Side plates (1a to 1d), acceleration sensors (2a to 2d) and distance sensors (3a to 3d) are arranged in the boxes (20 to 23). By collision of the object with the side plate, mass of the object is computed based on signals from the sensors (2, 3).

    摘要: The crankshaft of a piston engine is assembled with a vibration damper into a discrete module prior to mounting of such module in axial and/or radial bearings of the housing of the engine. The damper has an input element which rotates with the crankshaft and a mass which is angularly movable relative to the input element against the resistance of coil springs. The input element can be provided with a sleeve which surrounds a snout at one axial end of the crankshaft. Alternatively, the damper can be installed in or on or can constitute a cheek of the crankshaft. The coil springs can operate in parallel with a friction generating device which also opposes rotation of the input element and the mass of the damper relative to each other.
