    Abstract: A method of forming a unitary perimeter seal for attachment at a fixed window panel of a slider window assembly of a vehicle includes forming upper, lower and side sealing portions each having elongated body portions and sealing lips extending substantially therealong. The upper and lower sealing portion are arranged with first ends adjacent a respective end of a first side sealing portion and second ends adjacent a respective end of a second side sealing portion. The sealing portions are arranged so as to result in a perimeter frame that circumscribes an opening for the slider window assembly. Corner regions are molded at and partially over adjacent ends of the elongated body portions of the sealing portions, such that the corner regions include a curved sealing lip that provides a transition between the sealing lips of the adjacent ends of the sealing portions.

    Abstract: A vision system for a vehicle includes at least one vehicle camera disposed at a vehicle so as to have a field of view exterior of the vehicle and a control that includes an image processor operable to process image data captured by the vehicle camera. An aerial platform is disposed at the vehicle and is operable to detach from and fly above the vehicle. The aerial platform includes at least one drone camera that captures image data and the image data captured by the drone camera is communicated to the control. At least one of (i) the image processor processes image data captured by the drone camera to detect objects present in the field of view of the drone camera, and (ii) a display in the vehicle displays video images derived from image data captured by the drone camera for viewing by a driver of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A vision system for a vehicle includes an exterior structure mounted at an exterior portion of a body side of the equipped vehicle, with an imaging sensor disposed at the exterior structure and having a field of view exterior and sideward and rearward of the vehicle. A video display screen is disposed in an interior cabin of the equipped vehicle and operable to display video images. Responsive to detection of another vehicle at or near the side of the equipped vehicle, said video display screen displays a graphic overlay at the display screen. The graphic overlay includes a semitransparent overlay having a longitudinally extending line segment that extends along a displayed body side portion of the equipped vehicle and a plurality of laterally extending line segments that extend laterally outwardly from the longitudinally extending line segment at spaced apart intervals along the longitudinally extending line segment.

    Abstract: An exterior rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a mirror head adjustably mounted at a mounting arm and adjustable between a retracted position and an extended position. The mirror reflective element is oriented to provide a driver of the vehicle a field of view rearward and sideward of the vehicle with the mounting arm attached at the side of the vehicle when the mirror head is in the retracted position and when the mirror head is in the extended position. The mirror head is connected to the mounting arm via pivotable first and second links that cooperatively pivot relative to the mounting arm and the mirror head to move the mirror head between the retracted and extended positions. An actuator is disposed at an end of the first link and operates to pivot the first link to move the mirror head between the retracted position and the extended position.

The circuit element includes electrically conductive terminals that are in electrical connection with circuitry of the circuit element and that are received at a connector portion of the housing that is configured to connect to a wire harness of an exterior rearview mirror assembly.

    Abstract: A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle includes an upper rail and a lower rail, with a fixed window panel having at least one glass panel having an inner surface and an outer surface and an opening between opposite side panel portions of the fixed window panel. The upper rail is attached at the inner surface of the fixed window panel at an upper region of the fixed window panel and above the opening. The lower rail is attached at the inner surface of the fixed window panel at a lower region of the fixed window panel and below the opening. First and second movable window panels are movable along the upper and lower rails between a closed position, where the movable window panels cooperate to close the opening, and an opened position, where both movable panels move away from one another to open the opening.

    Abstract: A rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a mirror reflective element having a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate with an electro-optic medium sandwiched therebetween and bounded by a perimeter seal. The first glass substrate has a first surface and a second surface and the second glass substrate has a third surface and a fourth surface. The second surface has a transparent electrically conductive coating that opposes and contacts the electro-optic medium and the third surface has an electrically conductive coating that opposes and contacts the electro-optic medium. A front substrate has a rounded perimeter edge region that has a radius of curvature of at least 2.5 mm and that spans between a front side and a rear side of the front substrate. The rear side of the front substrate is adhesively attached at the first surface of the first glass substrate of the mirror reflective element.
