Abstract: A method and apparatus of a device that switches bandwidth parts for a user equipment device and a base station is described. In an exemplary embodiment, the device receives an indication to switch to the bandwidth part for the user equipment on the wireless link from the base station. In addition, the device switches to the new bandwidth part for the user equipment. The device further signals that the switching to the new bandwidth part has occurred in a time period smaller than a predefined time period. The deice additionally communicates information on the wireless link using the new bandwidth part.

A user equipment device may provide capability information to a network. The capability information may indicate a number of reference signal resources that the user equipment device can process in a slot or other defined period of time. The user equipment device and the network may share a common set of definitions, counting rules, and approaches for interpreting the capability information. The network may configure reference signals for the user equipment device.

Abstract: A wireless network may include a base station and user equipment (UE). The UE may transmit uplink (UL) signals to the base station using a dynamically adjustable maximum UL duty cycle. When the UE identifies that a user is in proximity to the UE, the UE may transmit an indicator to the base station. The indicator may identify that a radio-frequency exposure (RFE) event has occurred and/or a suggested maximum UL duty cycle that would allow the UE to satisfy limits on RFE. The base station may limit a UL grant to the UE so that the UE performs subsequent communications using the suggested maximum UL duty cycle or a different maximum UL duty cycle. Coordinating adjustment of UL duty cycle in this way may allow the UE to meet limits on RFE without requiring the UE to perform maximum transmit power level reductions.

Abstract: An apparatus configured to be employed in a user equipment (UE) associated with a new radio (NR) system is disclosed. The apparatus comprises one or more processors configured to select a first resource from a candidate resource set comprising a plurality of candidate resources within a first resource selection window. In some embodiments, the first resource is to be utilized by the UE for a first transmission of a transport block (TB) over sidelink. In some embodiments, a size of the first resource selection window is derived based on a (pre)configured maximum number of retransmissions of the TB. In some embodiments, the one or more processors is further configured to generate a first transmission signal comprising the first transmission of the TB, to be transmitted over the sidelink using the selected first resource.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for mitigation of listen before talk conflicts in the unlicensed spectrum. A wireless device may receive one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a base station (BS) as part of a measurement procedure with listen before talk (LBT). The wireless device may determine one or more LBT failures associated with one or more receive beams of the wireless device. Furthermore, in response to determining the one or more LBT failures associated with the one or more receive beams of the wireless device, the wireless device may extend a measurement period for the one or more receive beams of the wireless device. The wireless device may then receive one or more additional SSBs on the one or more receive beams of the wireless device.

A generated AP-CSI report can be sent, for instance, on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH).
