Abstract: Interference measurement may include decoding a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration received from a base station. The CSI reporting configuration may be associated with a set of resources for interference measurement. The first UE may be in communication with at least a first transmission and reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs and at least a second TRP of the plurality of TRPs may also be in communication with a second UE that creates cross-link interference for the first UE. At the first UE, a cross-link interference measurement associated with the second UE may be performed using the CSI reporting configuration.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for port selection codebook configuration. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of parameter settings of a port selection codebook. The port selection codebook includes a port selection matrix W1, a combinational coefficient matrix W2, and a frequency basis selection matrix Wf. Based at least in part on the parameter settings, the UE selects L CSI-RS ports, Mv frequency basis from a window of N consecutive frequency basis; and up to beta*L*Mv entries per layer, where beta is a percentage of the L*Mv entries per layer. The UE reports one or more of the port selection matrix W1, the up to beta*L*Mv entries in the combinational coefficient matrix W2 per layer, and the frequency basis selection matrix Wf to the base station.

Abstract: Techniques to protect a subscriber identity, by encrypting a subscription permanent identifier (SUPI) to form one-time use subscription concealed identifiers (SUCIs) using a set of one-time ephemeral asymmetric keys, generated by a user equipment (UE), and network provided keys are disclosed. Encryption of the SUPI to form the SUCIs can mitigate snooping by rogue network entities, such as fake base stations. The UE is restricted from providing the unencrypted SUPI over an unauthenticated connection to a network entity. In some instances, the UE uses a trusted symmetric fallback encryption key KFB or trusted asymmetric fallback public key PKFB to verify messages from an unauthenticated network entity and/or to encrypt the SUPI to form a fallback SUCIFB for communication of messages with the unauthenticated network entity.

Abstract: A first CSI-RS signal is received by user equipment through a first cell, and a second CSI-RS signal is received through a second cell. Respective QCL information can be available to determine a first Rx beam to measure the first CSI-RS signal and a second Rx beam to measure the second CSI-RS signal. In such a case, if the first CSI-RS signal and the second CSI-RS signal are fully overlapped, then the user equipment can i) alternate between measuring the first CSI-RS signal with the first Rx beam and measuring the second CSI-RS signal with the second Rx beam, or ii) measure only the first CSI-RS signal or the second CSI-RS signal. Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for supporting switching between point to point and point to multipoint delivery with service continuity for broadcast and multicast services in a wireless communication system. A cellular base station and a wireless device may establish a wireless link. The cellular base station may provide information configuring an over the air delivery type with which to receive a broadcast or multicast service, which may be received by the wireless device. The cellular base station may transmit the service using the configured delivery type, and the wireless device may correspondingly receive the service. The cellular base station may provide information configuring the wireless device to switch to a different over the air delivery type, with service continuity. The cellular base station may then transmit the service using that delivery type, and the wireless device may correspondingly receive the service.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) capable wireless device configured to perform sidelink cellular communications. The wireless device performs sidelink communications using a two-stage sidelink control information (SCI) protocol including Stage 1 SCI messaging carried on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH), and Stage 2 SCI messaging carried on a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). The SCI messaging may be encoded using polar codes. Channel interleaving is utilized on the SCI to interleave the SCI between two or more layers of a MIMO transmission system. Scrambling for Stage 2 SCI messaging is performed based on the result of a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) performed on Stage 1 SCI messaging. Collisions between sidelink HARQ feedback to be transmitted to a base station and other transmissions are avoided based on a priority analysis of the sidelink HARQ feedback.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may establish communication with a plurality of transmission reception points (TRPs) and determine one or more beam failures associated with a first or second TRP based on reference signals received from the first and second TRPs. The UE may then transmit a scheduling request requesting resources for indicating the beam failures associated with the first TRP or second TRPs. Upon receiving a response to the scheduling request allocating resources, the UE may then transmit, using allocated resources, a beam failure indication of the first one or more beam failures associated with the first TRP or second TRP. After receiving a beam failure response from the first or second TRP, the UE may then communicate with the first TRP and the second TRP using one or more new beams based on the beam failure indication and the beam failure response.

Abstract: Systems and methods for control signaling for beam searching latency reduction are disclosed herein. A g Node B (gNB) may determine that a first Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) and a second SSB are to be spatially correlated and may select a first transmit (Tx) beam to transmit the first SSB and a second Tx beam to transmit the second SSB accordingly. The gNB may also transmit a correlation message including spatial correlation information to help a UE determine the spatial correlation. The UE may measure the first SSB on a first subset of a plurality of receive (Rx) beams and measure the second SSB on a second subset of the plurality of Rx beams, and select an Rx beam for one or both. In some embodiments, channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS) that are quasi co-located (QCLed) with a given SSB may be measured in place of the SSB.
