Abstract:
A lattice tunable filtering circuit includes a first input and a second input, and a first output and a second output. The circuit includes two series branches and two parallel branches. The first and second series branches include a Tunable Resonator Component (TRC) which presents a first series resonance frequency whereas the third and fourth parallel branches present a second series resonance frequency which has a value being lower than that of the first series resonance frequency. The first and second series resonance frequencies are tunable by one analog control quantity. The filtering circuit further includes a feedback control loop for the control of the analog quantity, which feedback is based on a criterion of equality between the modulus of impedances Zs and Zp.
Abstract:
An image sensor captures an image of a scene. This captured image has a pincushion distortion relative to an undistorted image of the scene. The distortion is corrected based on an approximation of the distortion D which satisfies the following equation for a given pixel in the captured image: D=(R−R′)/R=Da*(y2−x2+yoffset)+Db*R4, where R is the distance between a pixel, which corresponds in the undistorted image to the given pixel in the captured image, and the center of the undistorted image, R′ is the distance between the given pixel and the center of the captured image, Da and Db are respective distortion parameters of the image sensor, x and y are coordinates of the given pixel in the captured image, R satisfies the following equation: R2=x2+y2 and yoffset corresponds to a constant value.

Abstract:
A data interleaving device is provided that includes an input, an output, and a data interleaver coupled to the input and the output. The input receives data originating from a plurality of processing blocks. The output transfers interleaved data to the plurality of processing blocks. The data interleaver includes a controller, at least one interconnection module, and a plurality of memories. The controller prepares a data-to-memory assignment data structure. The at least one interconnection module switches data in parallel according to the data-to-memory assignment data structure and acts identically on all data switched simultaneously in parallel. The plurality of memories store the switched data. The data interleaver interleaves data received from the input and provides the interleaved data at the output.
Abstract:
A method is provided for programming a DMA controller in a system on a chip. According to the method, a memory management unit translates a programming virtual address into a programming physical address according to a translation table. A first sub-block without discontinuity beginning at the programming physical address and ending at an end address equal to the physical address immediately preceding a first discontinuity is formed, with the first discontinuity being determined by a discontinuity module according to information supplied by a memory management unit. Some of the programming elements intended for the DMA controller are defined according to the first identified sub-block. Also provided is a system on a chip.
