    Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to implement improved RAR decoding performance and resource utilization efficiency in a RACH procedure. A PDCCH with common search space encodes a DCI with configuration information that schedules separate PDSCHs for different UEs/UE groups. When sending a RAR message, the PDCCH includes a DCI with a configuration field to signal multiple DMRS resources with corresponding PDSCH. Each sub-field of the configuration field may include one or multiple bits. When one bit per sub-field, the bit is a flag that when asserted leads the UE to blind decode the PDSCH associated with that DMRS resource. When multiple bits, it includes a flag field as well as one or more bits that include least significant bits of a UE identifier (or group identifier). The UE locates its identifier (or group identifier), and limits decoding to that PDSCH with corresponding DMRS resource.

In some aspects, a user equipment may receive configuration information that indicates a transmission parameter associated with a random access response (RAR) type; transmit a random access message associated with the RAR type; use the transmission parameter to obtain a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) communication that schedules a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) communication that includes a RAR in a medium access control protocol data unit of the PDSCH communication; and obtain or refraining from obtaining the PDSCH communication based at least in part on whether the PDCCH communication is successfully obtained using the transmission parameter. A user equipment (UE) may order assignment indicator values for transmissions for use by feedback information in a feedback message. The UE may receive, during a monitoring occasion, a first control information over a first serving cell and a second control information over a second serving cell, where each control information schedules a respective transmission for a scheduled serving cell. The UE may order assignment indicator values for the transmissions based on indexes associated with the first and second serving cells (e.g., scheduling serving cells), an index associated with the scheduled serving cell, a start time of the transmissions, or some combination thereof, among other examples. The assignment indicator values may be associated with hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ/ACK) feedback, such that the UE may use the assignment indicator values to construct and transmit a feedback message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to achieve inter-base station beam management to avoid interference during full-duplex (FD) operations, half-duplex (HD) operations, flexible time-domain duplexing (TDD), or a combination thereof, by performing interference management specific to beam configurations. For example, a first base station (e.g., an aggressor base station operating in FD) may perform one or more actions to proactively determine if inter-base station interference may occur. In some cases, the aggressor base station may request measurements from one or more victim base stations. In other examples, the victim base station may request measurements from the aggressor base station. Additionally or alternatively, the victim base station may provide reactive feedback to the aggressor base station upon detecting interference.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to cross-carrier scheduling in wireless communication. A scheduling entity generates scheduling information that schedules a plurality of data transmissions to or from a user equipment (UE) on a first carrier having a first numerology. The scheduling entity then transmits the scheduling information to the UE on a second carrier having a second numerology different than (e.g., less than) the first numerology. The scheduling information is transmitted using control resources allocated based on slot indexes of a plurality of slots configured for communicating the data transmissions on the first carrier.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) to provide hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for multiple physical channels (e.g., multiple physical downlink shared channels (PDSCH)) scheduled via cross component carrier. The UE may monitor control channel occasions, to receive wireless communications from a base station. For example, the UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) messages that may schedule multiple PDSCH over different component carriers. The DCI messages may include an indication of a timing offset for HARQ feedback for the multiple PDSCH. In some examples, the UE may be configured to receive multiple DCI messages and order the DCI messages based on component carrier indices or a PDCCH occasion, or both. The UE may then determine a slot to transmit HARQ feedback for the multiple PDSCH based on an indication in a latest DCI message identified according to the ordering.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, signaling indicating a channel state information (CSI) report configuration. The CSI report configuration may indicate a mapping between one or more CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources or one or more CSI-RS port groups and one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may generate CSI feedback based on the mapping. In some cases, the UE may generate the CSI feedback based on multiple hypotheses that correspond to CSI-RS measurements. In some examples, the multiple hypotheses may include a set of hypothesis groups based on one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may transmit a message reporting the CSI feedback to the base station.
