摘要: An ink jet recording apparatus includes an ink container in which ink to be used to perform printing on a print target is stored, a nozzle which is connected to the ink container and from which pressurized and supplied ink is jetted, charging electrodes that charge ink particles jetted from the nozzle with electricity, deflecting electrodes that polarize the ink particles charged with electricity by the charging electrodes, a gutter that recovers ink not used for printing, a solvent container in which a solvent is stored, and a liquid nozzle which is connected to the solvent container and from which a pressurized and supplied solvent is jetted. The liquid nozzle includes a liquid flow passage portion that extends from the nozzle in a direction of the gutter, and a liquid jet hole that is formed at an angle allowing the pressurized and supplied solvent to hit the nozzle through the liquid flow passage portion.

摘要: Provided is a package-type compressor that can improve cooling performance for cooling a body unit and a control panel. The package-type compressor includes: a cooling fan accommodated in a fan duct to induce a flow of cooling air taken in through inlets and discharged through an outlet; a machine chamber that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along a body unit; and a cooling duct that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along the control panel. A center position of the suction port of the fan duct is offset away from the inlet and toward the inlet with respect to a center position of a drive shaft of a motor of the body unit.

摘要: According to the present invention, in position sensorless control for switching between a 120-degree energization scheme for a low-speed region and a 180-degree energization scheme for a mid-to-high-speed region, stable and highly accurate speed control characteristics are provided by suppressing speed deviation Δωr in the low-speed region, and by preventing current jump-up caused by a discontinuous rotational speed occurring during switching to the mid-to-high-speed region. In the case of driving in the 120-degree energization scheme, a voltage command value is corrected such that an estimated speed value or a detected speed value follows a speed command.

摘要: Provided is a compressor capable of calculating the correct time remaining before maintenance. The compressor is provided with: a compressor body that compresses fluid; a motor that drives the compressor body; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the compressor; a pressure sensor that detects the pressure of the compressed fluid outputted from the compressor body; and a calculation unit that calculates the time remaining before maintenance for the compressor body, using the temperature of the compressor and the pressure of the compressed fluid assigned with respective predetermined weights. The calculation unit changes the weighting of the temperature according to the pressure of the compressed fluid or the operation rate of the compressor body.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid compression system which can supply compressed fluid in accordance with a sudden change in an amount of fluid used even when the number of compressors to be installed is increased, and a control device thereof.In order to solve the problem, provided is a fluid compression system, including: a plurality of compression devices which compress fluid; and a number of device controller which controls the number of operating compression devices of the plurality of compression devices, in which at least one of the plurality of compression devices is configured of a plurality of compressor main bodies, and performs a volume control operation which changes the number of operating compression devices in accordance with an amount of compressed fluid used, or a fixed control operation which does not change an output during the operation regardless of the amount of the compressed fluid used, and the number of device controller switches a state where the plurality of compression devices perform the volume control operation and a state where the compression devices perform the fixed control operation.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a linear motor and a compressor which are effective against a non-fixed structure in which end portions of a resonant spring are not fixed and are capable of restraining loads in an up-down direction and a left-right direction which act on a slider. A linear motor includes a slider (2) which is driven in a first direction, a resonance spring (400) which is capable of vibrating in the first direction, and a permanent magnet (210) which is provided at the slider (2) and is magnetized in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The linear motor includes a bearing (480) that is movable against both forces of a force in the second direction and a force in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, and an elastic-body support member (450) which connects the resonant spring (400) and the bearing (480) to each other.

摘要: A compressor has a compressor body and a motor integrated with one another, with the structure in which the sub-assembly of the motor portion and the compressor body assembled by positioning centers of the motor and compressor casings with positioning pins. When the deformation of a flange surface of the motor casing is large on a side of the compressor casing, positioning pin holes may have positional dimensions where the positioning is difficult, and the rigidity of the motor casing is increased to avoid change to the dimensional positions of the pin holes of the motor casing after the sub-assembly process. Fastening seats to fasten a motor stator by use of fastening members and ribs to reinforce the fastening seats are thus provided inside the motor casing to increase rigidity of the motor casing and inhibit deformation of the positional dimensions of the positional pin holes.

The replenishment container is characterized by: comprising a seal member that has a throughhole between the stopper member and the lid member; the lid member having a throughhole that is opened concentrically with the throughhole of the seal member; and the inner diameter of part or all of the throughhole in the seal member being smaller than the inner diameter of the throughhole in the lid member.
