    摘要: There is provided an electrical machine comprising: a rotor at least partially disposed within a rotor chamber; a stator core coaxially arranged with the rotor chamber; and a stator sleeve. The stator sleeve is annular and is positioned between the stator core and the rotor chamber. The stator sleeve comprises a magnetic material having a relative permeability of at least and an intrinsic coercivity no greater than 1 kAm−1.

    摘要: A retention component for retaining a coil in a slot of a stator for a generator having a rotor includes a first segment and a second segment, both of which are configured to be inserted into the slot. At least one of the first and second segments is made entirely of laminated sheets that together form a unitary structure of magnetic material. At least one of the first and second segments has an interfacing surface configured to directly interface a rotor surface in the absence of a structure therebetween. A channel is between the first and second segments, and a third segment that extends along and within the channel. The third segment is less magnetic or non-magnetic than at least one of the first and second elements.

One such system comprises: a rotary electric machine having a permanent magnet rotor and an alternate-wound stator having eight evenly-spaced coils arranged in pairs, each coil in each pair being separated by 180 degrees; a first phase (ΦA) comprising a first one of the coil pairs and a first phase drive circuit connected therewith; a second phase (ΦB) separated by +45 degrees from the first phase and comprising a second one of the coil pairs and a second phase drive circuit connected therewith; a third phase (ΦC) separated by +90 degrees from the first phase and comprising a third one of the coil pairs and a third phase drive circuit connected therewith; a fourth phase (ΦD) separated by +135 degrees from the first phase and comprising a fourth one of the coil pairs and a fourth phase drive circuit connected therewith; and a controller connected with the first, second, third and fourth phase drive circuits to control operation thereof.

    摘要: A motor stator structure includes a main body and multiple stopper plates. The main body has multiple magnetic poles and a shaft hole. The magnetic poles outward extend from the main body. Each magnetic pole has a free end outward extending from the main body. The shaft hole passes through the main body between two ends thereof. The stopper plates are respectively correspondingly assembled with the free ends of the magnetic poles. In the motor stator structure, the windings are more densely wound on the magnetic poles to enhance the magnetization efficiency.

The magnetic bodies have differences in the axial direction magnetic permeability in the axial direction of the rotating electrical machine, the rotational direction magnetic permeability in the direction of rotation, and the diametric direction magnetic permeability in the direction of the diameter.
