摘要: An electric machine includes a plurality of electromagnetic coils arranged circumferentially about the axis of rotation. Each coil defines a trapezoidally-shaped and tapered coil opening. The electric machine also includes a plurality of yokes that extend in an axial direction and a plurality of teeth. At least one of the plurality of yokes is tapered in the axial direction, and at least one tooth extends from each of the plurality of yokes. The plurality of teeth are each tapered in a radial direction to enable the plurality of teeth to fit within a corresponding trapezoidally-shaped and tapered coil opening.

摘要: The invention relates to a slot sealing compound (7) for an electrical machine that comprises at least one slot (2) with a slot opening (5) for receiving an electrical conductor arrangement (3). Said slot sealing compound (7) contains a magnetic filler material, particularly a soft-magnetic filler material, and a reactive resin mixture that comprises at least one resin component. In the interests of improving storage stability for said slot sealing compound (7), the components thereof are selected to be suitable for cationic polymerisation. A catalyst, provided to accelerate the cationic polymerisation of said reactive resin mixture, is also added to said slot sealing compound (7).

摘要: A retention component for retaining a coil in a slot of a stator for a generator having a rotor includes a first segment and a second segment, both of which are configured to be inserted into the slot. At least one of the first and second segments is made entirely of laminated sheets that together form a unitary structure of magnetic material. At least one of the first and second segments has an interfacing surface configured to directly interface a rotor surface in the absence of a structure therebetween. A channel is between the first and second segments, and a third segment that extends along and within the channel. The third segment is less magnetic or non-magnetic than at least one of the first and second elements.

摘要: Fault-tolerant four-phase electric drive systems are provided. One such system comprises: a rotary electric machine having a permanent magnet rotor and an alternate-wound stator having eight evenly-spaced coils arranged in pairs, each coil in each pair being separated by 180 degrees; a first phase (ΦA) comprising a first one of the coil pairs and a first phase drive circuit connected therewith; a second phase (ΦB) separated by +45 degrees from the first phase and comprising a second one of the coil pairs and a second phase drive circuit connected therewith; a third phase (ΦC) separated by +90 degrees from the first phase and comprising a third one of the coil pairs and a third phase drive circuit connected therewith; a fourth phase (ΦD) separated by +135 degrees from the first phase and comprising a fourth one of the coil pairs and a fourth phase drive circuit connected therewith; and a controller connected with the first, second, third and fourth phase drive circuits to control operation thereof.

摘要: A motor stator structure includes a main body and multiple stopper plates. The main body has multiple magnetic poles and a shaft hole. The magnetic poles outward extend from the main body. Each magnetic pole has a free end outward extending from the main body. The shaft hole passes through the main body between two ends thereof. The stopper plates are respectively correspondingly assembled with the free ends of the magnetic poles. In the motor stator structure, the windings are more densely wound on the magnetic poles to enhance the magnetization efficiency.

A sectional area of the U-shaped portion of the conductor segment coil that protrudes out from one side in the axial direction of the stator core is larger than a sectional area of a tip end portion of the conductor segment coil that protrudes out from the other side in the axial direction of the stator core; and the sectional area of the tip end portion of the conductor segment coil that protrudes out from the other side in the axial direction of the stator core is larger than a sectional area of an in-slot portion of the conductor segment coil.
