In a method for manufacturing a float valve apparatus including a valve case, an upper lid incorporated into this valve case to form a valve chamber, and a float valve liftably arranged inside the valve chamber, the upper lid being provided with a lead-out pipe connected to piping of the outside, an exhaust hole which communicates with this lead-out pipe and is opened in an inner surface of the upper lid, and a seal cap which is mounted so as to enclose this exhaust hole and forms a valve seat on which the float valve abuts, the seal cap is welded to an inner surface of the upper lid by spin welding.
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a float valve apparatus including: a housing including: a partition wall dividing an internal space into lower and upper spaces and having an opening therein; a ventilation pipe communicating the upper space with an outside; a valve seat formed at the opening; and a communication hole communicating the lower space with the outside; a float that is valve vertically slidably movable in the lower space and that upwardly floats in accordance with liquid flowing thereinto to open and close the opening; an upward urging spring urging the float valve from the housing toward the opening; and a support spring disposed inside the upward urging spring to support the float valve to not contact with a bottom surface of the housing.
Abstract:
Provided is a clip whose locking leg can be inserted and locked without being buckled even when the position of a mounting hole is deviated and which provides a substantially uniform deflection rigidity over the entire periphery even when a lateral external force is applied to the locking leg in the mounted state. A clip (10) has a head portion (11) and a locking leg (12), and the locking leg (12) includes a shaft portion (21) vertically extending from the head portion (11) and a plurality of elastic locking legs (24a and 24b) which are arranged at given intervals in the outer periphery of the shaft portion (21), which have their upper ends connected to the lower surface of the head portion (11), and each of which has two portions on both sides of a lower end connected to connection ribs (23) extending from the shaft portion (21); the outer periphery of the shaft portion (21) excepting the connection ribs (23) is situated on an inner side of a inner periphery of the elastic locking members (24a and 24b); such that the locking leg (12) can pass through a mounting hole (20) of a panel (19) without coming into contact at the inner periphery of the elastic locking members (24a and 24b) with the outer periphery of the shaft portion (21).
Abstract:
A metal clip for vehicle accessory fixation and a vehicle accessory installation structure using the metal clip, capable of improving a yield ratio of a metal plate required to form the metal clip and capable of reliably performing temporary fixation of accessories to an interior member. A metal clip (10) for vehicle accessory fixation has first V-shaped tabs (33) that are bent into a substantially V shape as seen from a side, an end edge of each of which V-shaped tabs (33) is an installation section (34) for engaging with a base section (12) of an accessory, and in which an engagement section (36a) for engagement with an installation hole of a vehicle panel is provided in the middle of each tab; an extension section (37) extended in a folding line (32) direction from a valley bottom section (31) of the first V-shaped tabs (33); and second V-shaped tabs (38) that extend from both sides of the extension section (37) in the direction crossing the extension section (37), each of which second V-shaped tabs (38) is bent in a V shape with an extension section (37) as the valley bottom section (31), and whose end sections (38a) engage with holes (51) of an interior member (50) to temporarily fix the accessory.
Abstract:
Provided is a float valve device which allows a valve to be quickly opened when, in a state in which a float has been raised as a result of a rise in fuel liquid level to close the valve, the fuel liquid level is lowered again. The float valve device includes a housing, a float accommodated in the housing, a movable valve adapted to abut a valve seat to close an opening, and a retention frame to retain the movable valve so as to allow the movable valve to ascend/descend by a predetermined distance and to incline with respect to the float. Further, a circumferentially uneven protrusion is formed on a portion where the retention frame and the movable valve abut each other. When the float is lowered in a valve-closed state, the protrusion first abuts the movable valve to impart a lowering force thereto.
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fastener including: a fastener body including: a cylindrical portion having an insertion hole formed therethrough; and a locking portion protruding outward from the cylindrical portion; and an unlocking member inserted into the insertion hole, wherein the locking portion is inserted into an attachment hole of an attachment object from a front side thereof, and exposed from a rear side of the attachment hole, wherein the locking portion has an elastic claw locked to an edge of the attachment hole at the rear side, wherein the elastic claw is elastically reducible in diameter, wherein the unlocking member is movable in a position rearward of the elastic claw, and wherein the locking portion is reduced in diameter when the unlocking member is pushed.
Abstract:
A side lock apparatus comprises a retainer, a rotor rotatably supported on the retainer, a pair of rods which are brought into engagement with positions which are point symmetrical relative to an axial center of the rotor at proximal end portions thereof and are supported in such a manner that distal end portions thereof appear from and disappear into both ends of a lid so as to be brought into engagement with and disengagement from a circumferential edge of an opening, a knob supported on the retainer in such a manner as to be pushed and pulled on and a return spring mounted on the rotor. When the knob is pulled on, since a pusher element of the knob pushes on a bearing portion of the rotor, the rotor rotates against the biasing force of the return spring, whereby the rods are withdrawn into the inside of the lid.
Abstract:
A component connecting structure includes a first component having a flange portion, a second component having a flange portion, and a clip for holding the flange portions in a butted state. The clip formed into a generally polygonal shape has a spring body having first and second circumferential end portions overlapped with each other in a diameter reduced free state. The spring body has slits for inserting the flange portions butted against each other in the diameter reduced free state. The first and second circumferential end portions have a temporary engaging protrusion and a temporary engaging ledge, respectively. The temporary engaging ledge is engaged with the temporary engaging protrusion to hold a diameter expanded state of the spring body.
