Abstract:
A substrate structure applied in flexible electrical devices is provided. The substrate structure includes a carrier, a release layer overlying the carrier with a first area and a flexible substrate overlying the release layer and the carrier with a second area, wherein the second area is larger than the first area and the flexible substrate has a greater adhesion force than that of the release layer to the carrier. The invention also provides a method for fabricating the substrate structure.
Abstract:
A hybrid composition and films fabricated by the same are provided. The film fabricated by the hybrid composition exhibits high transparency, high thermal-resistance, and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The hybrid composition of the invention comprises silicon oxide and polyimide uniformly mixed, wherein the weight ratio between silicon oxide and polyimide is 1:9 to 9:1.

A liquid crystal display device comprises a color filter substrate and an array substrate. An optical compensation film is disposed on the color filter substrate and/or the array substrate, wherein the optical compensation film comprises a polyimide, comprising the following formula: wherein n is an integer greater than 1, and wherein when A is cyclo-aliphatic compound, B is aromatic compound or cyclo-aliphatic compound, and when A is aromatic compound, B is cyclo-aliphatic compound.
