摘要： A powered wall plate with at least two wall plate electrical current features behind the rear surface of the wall plate, each with a receiving prong, and a plug-in module with at least two electrical plugs and two arms, each arm with an electrical current transfer contact configured to removably mate with the receiving prong. A plurality of LED lights is located along a bottom edge of the front surface, a photocell is exposed on the front surface of the wall plate, and a control switch has an on position, an off position, and an auto position. A transformer housing may extend forward of the front surface and includes a circuit therein operatively coupled to a USB port on a perpendicular surface of the transformer housing. The USB port is configured to provide power when power is supplied to the at least two electrical plugs.

The sleeve is slidably coupled within the central aperture and movable between an expanded position and a collapsed position. 摘要： A electrical device mounting box that includes a device mounting plate with a screw coupler is disclosed. The electrical device mounting box and device mounting plate may be used to mount an electrical outlet receptacle. Specific implementations of the device mounting plate allow a screw to be pushed through a screw aperture on the device mounting plate and a coupling aperture on the screw coupler without rotation of the screw. The coupling aperture may bias away from the mounting plate as the screw is pushed through the coupling aperture. The coupling aperture may also include threading that engages with screw threading. Once the screw is pushed through the screw aperture and coupling aperture, the screw may be rotated to engage the screw with the screw coupler, thus biasing the screw coupler toward the device mounting plate. The screw coupler may include either a one or two piece screw coupler.

摘要： An electrical plug assembly may include a body having a plurality of electrical contact blades and an actuator. In particular embodiments, the plug assembly includes a shield member having a back and a front. The back has an opening arranged to receive the body therein and the front has a plurality of openings, wherein each opening is shaped, sized, and aligned with a respective one of the plurality of contact blades of the body. In a particular embodiment, the plug assembly further includes a biasing member positioned between the body of the plug and the back side of the shield member to operatively interact with the shield member to prevent electrical current flow and during operation the shield member may slide over the body and operatively engage the actuator to allow electrical current flow.

摘要： A box connector for cable comprises an annular connector in which one or more inwardly extending arms are formed. The inwardly extending arms are formed such that cable may be inserted in one direction, but cannot be pulled out in the other direction until the inwardly extending arms are released. In use, the box connector is inserted into an electrical box prior to inserting cable. Thereafter, cable is threaded into the electrical box. Once the cable is threaded into the electrical box, the cable is fixedly held via the inwardly extending arms.
